The room was small but in good condition, but daily housekeeping has to be requested. The location is sort of out of the way from the city center, so the subway is a must. I am not sure if I would stay there again. But overall ok.

I really like the hotel. The room is very comfortable too. The office desk is great. Balcony was nice. Bed is comfortable! Wifi is fast and reliable. Quiet rooms. The staff is super nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is GREAT! I walked everywhere. Barely took the train. Walked to the 7th district, museum quarter and all museums. Could take 30 mins but it is nice if you want to explore the Viennese architecture, neighborhoods, and coffeeshops. If you don’t want to talk, the train station is right in front of the hotel. You will be in the center in 5 mins. It took me about 20 mins in total to go to the airport (u4- cat train). The hotel has a great restaurant famous for schnitzel nearby. Room service is great. Everything was great. No complains.
