I was in the Club level for more than a week and felt at home and completely comfortable. My room was spacious with lots of closet space, stylish and comfy furnishings, and plenty of work space. The lighting design was great with ability to turn lights throughout the room on and off from the bed. Lighting for every task. The Club level includes a schedule of food and drinks in the Club room downstairs, which provided a chance to socialize with others. I really enjoyed my stay there, and hope to go again.

Hotel is at great location ! But there front desk stuff is very rude ! Had reservation for 2 rooms under same last name , one was there other wasn't . So I got a someone else room but had to pay again . No Internet offered with reservation . You have to pay for each device you own , about $30 per . Breakfast not included cost about $50 per person and if you ask where can you go somewhere else , there answer is nothing is around . Which isn't true , right in front of hotel is nice restaurant with free wifi . Only positive is nice rooms . Will never come here again .

We booked for and paid for three people in advance. Upon arriving, we were asked to pay an extra charge of $14.00 euros for third person. Next day we continued our vacation in Salzburg with same booking but at different hotel, same amount of people and upon arrival were given accommodations for three people at no additional charge. The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

We arrived on a Sunday - apparently this hotel is not so open on Sundays - the restaurant was closed for lunch, the convenience shop was closed - not world class. We stayed in a club room - which frankly speaking was not any better appointed or larger than what I would have expected of a standard room in this caliber of hotel in a major European city.

Restaurant had great Christmas Eve buffet (but expensive:100 Eu/person). Everything else was low average to disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff gave excellent instructions on how to get from the Vienna Airport to the hotel. After arriving at the designated train stop, I walked to the hotel in about 5 minutes. The Center of town was also an easy walk of ~25 minutes, or public transportation will get you there in ~10 minutes. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were generally quite helpful.

The restaurant at this hotel exceeded expectations, and clearly there is a serious chef involved here! The lobby and public areas are very attractive and well-presented. The club level rooms are attractive and clean. Altogether a good value and well worth a return.

very nice and comfortable room with very resonable package price, including internet, 24 hours food & beverage, very nicely decorated multi purpose lounge concept, well done...

The moment we walked in the door, we loved this hotel. The rooms were perfect and the staff even better. They recommended a wonderful local eating establishment. There was nothing they wouldn't help us with. The restaurant is also wonderful for dinner especially after a long day of sight seeing. Their breakfast is fabulous. But I would be sure to buy the breakfast included in the cost of the room or upgrade to a business room which we did. A perfect spot to explore Vienna from.

This hotel is in the heart of Vienna and was truly a beautiful hotel. We were within walking distance of all of the favorite tourist spots. A couple of small negatives were that the patio dining/bar area closed early and opened late so we weren't able to utilize it. Also, the cost of the internet was rather high and if you have a car, parking prices are ridiculous.

wonderful hotel! the pillows were a little to soft for my taste- that is the only complaint i could ever have about this hotel. just excellent. the staff was wonderful as were the amenities. couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!

it was as expected from a 4 star hotel

Great Hotel stay. We checked in and our Hotel room was not clean and was all smokey. They apologized heavily and gave us a new room that was really nice and perfect for our stay. The hotel is a short 20 minute walk from main city center and is very close to the Belvedere Castle. Great location and great hotel!

One long city block from the S-Bahn Rennweg station, which makes it very convenient for travelers from the airport. The city tram lines are very efficient, and can be accessed directly outside the hotel doors, taking you all around to see the attractions quite easily. Situated only one tram stop away from the Belvedere park and museums and a 15-20 minute walk to the Schwarzenbergplatz, Musikverein, Karlsplatz and other sites, it's a fantastic location for sightseeing. The neighborhood is quite safe, and there are reasonably priced coffee shops (for a cheap and good breakfast) and restaurants (although not high-end places, but ok) nearby. Good barbecue offered at dinner in the hotel restaurant, but the breakfast buffet is extremely overpriced at 24 Euros. Hotel seems to cater to business travelers, but there were plenty of families with young children staying over the Corpus Christi holiday. Very nice hotel overall with a grand lobby, but most people would like to have free Wifi nowadays and a minibar in the room. There is a room refrigerator, but the refreshments have all been removed to a small store in the lobby of the hotel. At this level of hotel, it's also rather expected to have tea and coffee in the room. During recent hot days the airconditioning seemed to struggle. The staff was extremely helpful, doing web searches and making phone calls for me (I had no computer or smartphone on my trip) and calling cabs. Very wonderful service overall! Great view out my window of the nearby Russian Orthodox church - makes a superb vista.

A very enjoyable experience all around. The website implies a lot of Hapsburg architecture, whereas --- as pointed out in other reviews -- with the exception of the entrance hall, the interior of the hotel is very modern, and therefore somewhat cold. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. For 35 Euro you can get unlimited mini-bar, internet, and breakfast. I think it is worth it. Although a 20 minute walk from Stephans Platz, it is very easy to get to from the public transportation stop right next to the hotel. The same station can take you to and from the airport, faster and MUCH cheaper than a taxi. I would be strongly inclined to stay here again, whether for business or with my family.

The hotel was just right next to two different tram lines that took you right into the downtown area. The amenities of the hotel were perfect and the staff was helpful and courteous.

Had to change room immediately upon arrival. Carpet stains and dreadful view of the train tracks reminded one of Moscow, hardly Vienna. Hotel services are adequate. Don't expect anyone to knock himself/herself out or go the extra mile. The rates are in line with what's offered, so one has no complaints. Don't take the Guest Manager's recommendations on nearby restaurants of which there are precious few in walking distance. The one he recommeded Salm Brau on the Rennweg was an obvious tourist trap. There was a perfectly good bistro at the bottom of the road that had great food at extremely reasonable prices that we discovered after we walked out of the place he recommended.

16 euros for internet access? 30 euros for breakfast? I've stayed in hostels with both of those things for free. Nice bed... that was about it...

The junior suite was really wonderful. We had a separate room for our luggage with a sitting area, a safe, a sofa and comfy chair, free water left in our room each day, and roomy bathroom with free comfy robes and slippers. We received a free map that was very detailed and we were shown exactly where to go to the Belvedere Palace. It was within walking distance and there were a lot of restaurants and also the free buffet, breakfast and dinner snacks in the club lounge were a great perk! Free wine and desserts too! We are smokers, and there is no place outdoors to sit to do that. We asked for a paper to be delivered and it was basically a couple of pages that were an advertisement for the hotel with a few short articles of news. Pretty small stuff compared to the rest of the wonderful things we experienced here.

Great Room, Great Service. Front Desk Receptionist, [...], even though a trainee was outstanding. Very helpful, pleasant, excellent English. The only major criticism is that they allowed children of all ages in the Business Center. Between the crying and parents trying to keep them fed, the environment was not conducive to conducting business. The Business Center is not a nursery.
