Our newly renovated apartment (45m2) is conveniently and centrally located, yet quiet in a residential street. Only 5 metro stops from St. Stephen's Square and 10min by tram from Schönbrunn Palace. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with tub and washer dryer, towel warmer, hair dryer. The kitchen overlooks a green courtyard which is completely eingerichtetet with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine. In both rooms there is also a heated floor! The large and bright living / bedroom with parquet flooring has a double bed (180x200) and box-sofa bed (160x200) up to 4 people comfortably.
If necessary, also like to be provided a cot.
Nearby are supermarkets, banks and pharmacy. The tram 18 takes you directly to Central Station, from the nearby Westbahnhof can be reached in just over 2 hours Salzburg. The airport can also be easily reached from the Westbahnhof train station with the airport bus leaving every half hour.

Bei unserer Ankunft gab es eine herzliche Begrüßung von der Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet sowie gemütlich eingerichtet. Weiterhin hat diese Wohnung eine gute Lage von der aus alles sehr gut erreichbar ist. Außerdem hat das Haus auch eine wirklich interessante eigene Geschichte. Das alles zusammen hat unseren Aufenthalt dort vetrstärkt festlich gestaltet und uns sehr gefallen.
