Good location for transport to the centre. Stephansplatz is only 4 short stops on the U1. It’s an Ibis Budget, you get what you pay for.

Very close to train station in few minutes walk. In train station, there are a lot of choices of restaurants and supermarkets. We love to buy meals from Billa. You can get everything from this supermarket. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Very modern but unusual layout. What I mean is that the shower unit is not inside of washroom. We feel ok for this setting. Only things I like to complain is that the hangers are not removable. First night, back from downtown with wet clothes due to heavy rain. We couldn't hanger up our wet clothes separately to get them dry up quickly.

The room was somewhere between a bare dorm room and a prison cell. A/C did not cool the room at all, the sink wasn't as nice as the sink on most airliners, the toilet stall light was motion activated and would plunge you into darkness within a few seconds. Very uncomfortable last night of a 2-week trip with several hotel stays that were much better. Never book a hotel in Europe with the word budget in the name!

Rooms are bone dry. No kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator or even drinking water available. Heater was not operational and was not fixed although front desk was informed. Additional duvet was requested due to cold but was not offered. Sub par service in every way. Rooms very smelly. We had a horrible time. We will not be using Hotels.com in the future.

Ose to prater park and public transport. Clean room. Very hot and could not adjust temperature. Needed more pillows, we asked on our 2nd night. We were supposed to get a gift for skipping the cleaning but didn't receive anything.

It is a budget hotel with a premium price. Even the basic things were missing in the hotel. No water, no cups, no kettle, no coffee/tea, no iron box, no table to keep your suitcase. The bed is not comfortable, too noisy every morning between 5am and 8am. Will never use this again...

This is a good clean budget hotel. The room and linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was efficient. The bath towels were lovely. There are no hand towels or washcloths. There is not equipment to make coffee or tea in the room, but there is breakfast service for a fee. On one evening, the hot water was intermittent during the shower, but the other days it was fine.

Good value for money. Nearest decent cafe is 10 min walking distance. The hotel is close to the metro Station. 15 min to get to the old city centre. When it was hot outside (35 degrees C) the AC in the room was not cooling properly.

The room window facing the courtyard, where the construction works are happening. They start 9am, a lot of noise. The room is small, doesn't have a separate bathroom, only a toilet is private, but the shower is in the room separated by glass divider. Paid Public parking in the basement. Approx 23 euro/day. Billa supermarket (amazing, with ready to go food) is 3 min walk distance.
