We stayed at Topaz hotel. Very kind and thoughtful staff. beautiful room, specious bathroom. Great location. Very recommended! Breakfast is very good - tasteful big selection.. After breakfast the hotel has complementary coffee, tea and snacks all day, it's very nice :)

Lovely hotel right in the centre of everything, and can walk to so much. There is convience store just across the street which is handy too. Room was comfortable, good size, clean and inviting. Would I recommend staying here? Yes. No complaints, had a great stay.

Stayed at Lamee for 3 nights. It couldn't have been more central! Shops restaurants and bars literally as you come out of the front entrance doors. 5 min walk to the lovely St Stephens Cathedral...make sure you visit the rooftop bar....the vibe is great and the views are just stunning. The staff at this hotel were superb. Brilliant time had by all x

This is a boutique hotel with 32 rooms that is right in the middle of the City Center where you want to be for dining, site seeing and shopping. The staff is over the top. Hotel design is unique and special. Rooms are great. Bathrooms are large and very modern. Hotel serves a wonderful breakfast with danish, meats, cheeses, breads to die for, egg dishes and amazing coffee. Staff will go far beyond the call of duty to ensure every moment of your visit exceeds your expectations.

Sleek, modern, great location. The people at the reception desk are friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, but clean and attractive. The bathrooms have nice amenities. I've stayed here three times before and never been disappointed. It's not old world elegance, but it has a kind of modern pizzazz.

Nice hotel - definitely recommend. Room was a bit small. Balcony wasn't worth it as the view was not worth seeing. Took advantage of the free drink on the rooftop of their partner hotel across the road (that was a nice view!) Staff were friendly. And the aircon worked - Vienna (Europe) was in the middle of a heat wave.

This hotel is a little spot of modern luxury mixed with hip and cool. I loved it and will return. I was in Vienna for a 7 night stay and had to change location midway through as the bed in my previous location was so hard it gave me back pain. The bed at Topazz is like a super comfortable cloud in comparison and I love the location. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very convenient and tasty. Décor is beautiful and luxurious. Not sure if the rooms are soundproofed but I never heard a thing and had a very relaxing and pleasant time with uninterrupted sleep. AC was very effective and not noisy.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s perfectly located in the centre of Vienna only a couple of minutes walk from Stephensplatz. Most of the sights are walking distance. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with an oval window. The room was lovely and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was modern and you were provided with plenty of towels, dressing gowns and slippers. The only downside was the price of the breakfast, it was €25 per person. We chose to eat out as it was cheaper to have breakfast out. There was also the addition of the use of the salon during the day, there was complimentary coffee, tea, wine and fruit and biscuits throughout the day. A lovely touch. We went to the rooftop bar of the sister hotel across the road, it was very nice with lovely views. Worth a visit.

The Topazz is a small hotel, with only 32 rooms, in an ideal location in the heart of Vienna. Much of the sight seeing in Vienna can be done on foot from this hotel. The hotel seems very proud of what it terms it’s breath taking, prize winning architecture and interiors. The oval windows with place to lie down, upholstered doors and marble baths are all nice and somewhat novel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service prompt and efficient. We found the basement salon very useful. One could have complimentary tea, coffee and small snacks at the salon, and excellent Austrian white wine too. The architecture of the hotel is a little intriguing. Award winning it may be, but whether this modern, almost futuristic, building blends in well with its surroundings, is a question that may be asked. In our view, the hotel is a little pricey. I am told though that hotel prices in Vienna are generally high. In any case, the location and service in the hotel makes a stay worthwhile.

Fabulous boutique hotel located close to Stephansplatz and only a 5 minute walk to main airport shuttle bus Val 2 stop (20 mins to airport). First impressions last and having walked into the sister hotel mistakenly we were taken very courteously across to the other by a very friendly porter. We were then upgraded and taken to a beautiful room on the 6th floor. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and had a lovely classic feel. We were also assisted by a very friendly porter called Josef who did his utmost to help us with whatever we needed. Breakfast was a buffet which last till 11. There was a great mix of very high quality juices, fruits, hummus and Mediterranean snacks, breads etc. as well as the traditional cold meats and cheeses. An a la carte menu offering eggs in a variety of styles, avocado and smoked salmon was also available at no extra charge. Overall a fabulous stay The coffee in the breakfast service was a little disappointing given the quality of the other food. It was weak and made in a supermarket style machine. I feel we got great value for money considering our free upgrade, however had we not been so lucky I would have felt the hotel was a little overpriced
