The staff were very helpful, and speaking in English was a bonus! The decor is outdated, but the room was clean, and since I am only in my room to sleep, the decor is not a priority for me! The location is in very good area, in relation to main attractions, such as Hofburg, St Stephan, shopping, Naschmarkt, museums, and your pick of cafe!s!

Stayed in twin room for 3-nights--on 4th floor. Quiet, clean. Very easy location for walking and dining. 3-blocks from Opera, and 1 block from Karlsplatz metro station. Pleasant quiet bar-area as well--for evening sitting. Breakfast room was congested--single coffee machine and always a line. Otherwise no issues.

My husband and I were very pleased that the location was within easy walking distance to all our desired destinations. Even though it was centrally located, the area was quiet with very little traffic. The staff is very nice. Everyone we spoke with had a smile. Breakfast was great. There was something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, I enjoyed my stay.
