Incredible staff at the hotel

The staff have been amazingly kind and helpful to us. They let us store out bags for 3 days before we checked in, explained where the bags would be since the lick boxes were malfunctioning. To our surprise, the bags were already waiting for us in our room when we checked in. So kind! The kids loved the loft in the room. Bed linens and towels were very nice. Everything was clean and toiletries smelled good. The inly suggestion I have is to update the pillows. They were flat as pancakes and even folding them in half didn't help.

Modern well equipped hotel. Great croissant for breakfast! There were times when it was style over substance eg chairs that looked great but were too low for the table! Check in was a pain having only the option in reception of using self completion iPads with a cumbersome interface. A large cobweb in the room, but otherwise spotless . Great location for the station and trams. Loved the stylised map on the wall which showed how the tram works and connects to different parts of the city.
