Great value. Good location, only steps away from the Westbahnhof or the Flixbus stop. Easy walking distance to the Mariahilfer Strasse.
Great location because of its proximity to the Westbahnhof in Vienna but the staff was so and so and the room carpet was dirty. I thought the room was small though very expensive. Glad I had a place to stay but would never, ever go back there again!
This hotel is shown as a 4 star property, but it lacks air conditioning and the one fan in our room did not work. The only way to get "free internet" was by hardwiring to it in the room. Not great for my mobile devices. The hotel looks very dated and rooms and hallway carpeting needed replacement about 5 years ago. The staff was pleasant enough and one young lady, after hearing that I wanted to check out early, showed up at my room to assist with the internet dilemma and providing a new fan.
It was very hot in Austria when we visited, but no air conditioned!
The hotel is in a great location. I traveled by bus from the airport and easily walked to the hotel with my luggage. I walked to the City Central from the hotel. It was a pleasant stroll through a nice shopping district. The hotel had many sitting areas. The room was small but adequate. There are larger rooms available.
Very nice hotel. Very convenient location - easy bus transport to Westbahnhof Vienna train station from airport and then hotel just one block walk. Healthy walk to inner Vienna. Wealth of cafes along the way - Hotel clean and nice, helpful staff. Unfortunate internet not working well during brief stay.
Very friendly staff. Right next to Westbahnhof station.
This hotel is convient to Westbahnhof train station, walking distance. Also, one can easly walk to historic downtown area. Hotel is clean and hotel staff is helpful and friendly.
The hotel was clean and appropriate for the price paid. There were two hotels several blocks apart. We were on foot and went to the wrong hotel initially. This difficult at 23:00 at night. Clear directions as to which hotel would have been helpful.
After a long day on the train from Poland, what a gift to be able to walk across the street from the train station and check in to the nice hotel! Great European-style rooms at a reasonable price for downtown Vienna! I was surprised by the quiet in the middle of everything. The reception desk arranged our cab to the airport for the next morning and everything went exactly as planned. This one is on my list of "travel secrets"!
The hotel was very clean and busy. The thing I disliked the most was that it was very noisy along the main street it was on and it was hard to sleep with the windows open. The thing I liked the most was its proximity to the tube line. We were only blocks away from the tube to anywhere we wanted to go in the inner city. The price compared to the first hotel we stayed at was much lower without foregoing the niceties.
