Very central to the city centre, only 15 minutes walk but surrounded by shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean and friendly boutique style hotel. Breakfast was a pleasant experience with a good variety of food, with polite and efficient staff. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant but there is a traditional Viennese restaurant just next door serving very good meals at reasonable prices. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room to make hot drinks but apart from this I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was fantastic--top to bottom they were friendly and helpful. Great room; comfortable bed; central location; very clean; very quiet; a good value. A physical refreshing would make this a 5-star rating, for example replacing the carpet on the main staircase, fill in missing tiles at the shower floor. All told, I would stay here again.
