It was very hot and though a fan was given but could not aleep. The curtains didnot cover thw windows . Would not recommend in summer. Floor laminate was falling apart .beds were reasonable

Good place

Good place to stay a day or two. Near to the centre and good transport options. Predrag was very helpful. We needed a kettle and iron and he arranged so quick. Will stay there again. Breakfast hot food option is only scrambled egg but has various other cold options.

This should be a hostel, not a hotel

I know this is not a fancy hotel but I think what we got was far less than what was paid. Family room had nothing apart from beddings and towels. Coffee/tea was on sale in the lobby for 2 euros. Breakfast was same old boring stuff each day with salty scrambled eggs. Probably not visiting Vienna in a while but, if I did, I'll avoid this one.

Disappointed.

The hotel in general is not in very good condition. The pillows were dirty and not comfortable at all. I asked at the front desk to change my pillows, but the receptionist did not make the slightest intention of attending to my request. The only acceptable thing was breakfast.
