This was my second visit, and once again I was impressed. The location is perfect, and every staff member was very kind and welcoming. On this trip, I felt their hospitality even more strongly. Especially Hanna, one of the staff members, was so helpful and warm that I still remember her name. If you are visiting Vienna, I highly recommend staying here – you will truly enjoy the experience!

Hotel Josefine is a quirky unique hotel that is fun to stay at. There are little extras like a bottle of wine and water in your room at check in, a funny little diary to document your adventures, and a vibe that strives to be slightly psychedelic and bizarre. The rooms are clean and cozy; the beds and pillows are very comfortable; the staff is very kind and helpful. We loved both the unique lounge with its turntable and record collection, and the amazing Barflys bar in the basement. Special shout out to bartender Lucas who is incredibly kind as well as skilled and knowledgeable about his profession, and taught us about Austrian spirits. The small downsides of the hotel might be the small room size and relative lack of privacy in the in-room lavatory -- you just need to make sure you're staying with someone whom you know very well! Other than that, we had a wonderful visit and would definitely recommend this hotel to those looking for something a bit out of the ordinary.

This is a very quirky but absolutely charming property! The staff is attentive, available and helpful. The rooms are creatively small (which would make a longer stay challenging) but you will not find a more romantic and fun getaway! Highly recommend this hotel (and opt in for the breakfast option!)

I loved the decor in this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing from the second we walked in to the moment we left. They left such an impression and I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing I did not like was that because the hotel is located next to a bar, it was pretty noisy at night right outside our window. Besides that it was absolutely fantastic.
