I found everything great. From the moment I was met outside getting out of my taxi to help me with my bags, I knew I chose the right hotel to stay at. The staff was SUPER friendly which always makes or breaks a stay experience at a hotel. They were helpful as well recommending and directing me to restaurants and places to see. The room was very neat and comfortable. Breakfast was typical of continental breakfast, but quite satisfactory. Location was very close walking distance to sites and shopping. If I ever have a chance to return to Vienna I’d definitely book here again.

Excellent location, walking distance to a lot of sights. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The front desk staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of foods. When in Vienna, will stay in this hotel.
Excellent hotel with large rooms, friendly staff, good WIFI, and excellent breakfast! We stayed for 4 nights and greatly enjoyed the hotel. It is an easy walk or subway ride to downtown & has plenty of restaurants and markets close to it.
We had a good stay here. Hotel is very close toy an Underground stop, so access to all Vienna is right there. Our Room was clean and comfortable., with a good shower. A picky note, but the room culd have used more outlets. My only real complaint is the WiFi was sporadic. By the way, the breakfast was quite good and the breakfast room was comfortable. I think this was a good value.
staff was warm friendly and helpful. location superb, 10 minutes on foot from all we wanted to see in Vienna. Clean and spacious room and wonderful breakfast. would recommend to others and would choose again.
