Located just 15 min walk from Wien Mitte station, it's a very cosy modern hotel with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff is very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for its value.
Myself and my partner stayed here for two nights on a trip to Vienna. The hotel isn’t in a terrible location, but isn’t particularly close to a metro or tram stop either, it’s at least a ten minute walk to either, which isn’t too bad but for less able people might be an issue. The outside of the hotel is modern and plain, and the rooms reflected this as well. Absolutely not a 4* Hotel, barely a 3*. We asked for a double room and were given a twin room with two single duvets (I don’t think they have any double rooms) on the first floor, which wouldn’t usually pose a problem except for the excessive noise coming from the road that we were right next to. The beds were exceedingly uncomfortable, and when coupled with the noise made for a terrible two nights sleep. Furthermore, my partner is 6’2” and the single duvet did not even cover his body length or width ways (he is average build). When we rang down to reception to ask for another duvet, we were told that they didn’t have any. No spare duvets!! I find that hard to believe for a supposed 4* Hotel. Then when he asked for a blanket (there wasn’t one provided in the room) we were also told they don’t have any. Safe to say we were extremely disappointed with this. Furthermore, the thermostat didn’t work, so we were in a constant state of being too hot (tried opening the window but made the noise even worse). However, not to be too negative, the bathroom was nice and the shower good; there were shampoo & shower gel provided, along with a hairdryer. The WiFi was semi-decent as well. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay given we were expecting a 4* Hotel, the service was terrible and the location not that great either.
Very good location, not far from the center, with a bus stop in front of the door and a subway station at 500m. The panorama rooms are really great, very spacious and lots of light. Very friendly, professional and helpfull staff members, trying to fulfill all our wishes. The breakfast was very nice too. I won't make too much publicity for this hotel here... I don't want them to be fully booked next time we go to Vienna! ;-)
We had rented a flat with Air B&B and couldn't stay in it. Filthy and broken appliances and shower, no refund so we will never book with them again It was the day before New Year and we stumbled on this very good property and were very pleased About 30 minutes from the center, rooms are spacious, lots of outlets for charging electronic devices, probably the nicest bathroom we're had for a hotel at this level and pricing Staff were lovely and helpful Breakfast wasn't included but very good selection and nice quality for the price We would stay again
We were there on vocation with my boyfriend. Stayed for like 6 nights. It was clean but it needs a little renovation. Other than that really nice place, comfortable, the staff was helpful. No available dinner though.
Hotel just what we wanted, nice and comfortable and close to city centre, breakfast plentiful and fresh. Staff really helpful and lots of guides of places to visit and how to get around Vienna. Bus stop right outside the hotel takes you landestrase where you can get underground around town with ease, two day ticket costs eur13:30 plenty of places to eat nearby and reasonably priced.
we got this hotel cheap, ~ 70 EUR with breakfast for two persons and it was fine for us. Our room #882 was one of the best at the hotel - it has balcony with city overview. Basically the room was clean but carpet was with dirty spots and has strange smell - I saw doors open of other vacant rooms for ventilation. Technically the hotel is not 4* as has no restaurant. Room service absents as well. Breakfast happens in bar at ground floor and is pretty standard. Bus stops in front of hotel. 15 min walking to the center. 10 min to railways station for airport access.
My partner and I stayed in September. Although our room was in street side there was no noice. The room was bid enough and the breakfast was average-good. It is not too close to the heart of Vienna but nnot too far about 30 minutes walking distance. There wa no negative point.
The hotel is situated in a great area with easy access to metro and bus stations. The staff was wonderful as we're all the services they provide. The breakfast buffet had a lot of sortimentală to choose from and the food was very good. We traveled with our one year old baby and there were a lot of choices for her at the buffet. The rooms are big and nicely decorated. The cleaning service is great. The only thing that the rooms could use is a touch of new paint on the walls.
Semi central but very comfortable with public transportation ; metro and bus very few steps away ; Hotel with no excess, very clean, very friendly staff ; we did not avail of breakfast, but seems very good. Easy to reach from CAT Wien Mitte station
