Excellent experience. People at the front desk were very friendly and kind. I was very impressive with the quality and wide variety of the breakfast buffet. I had an amazing time at the hotel. I highly recommend it to anybody. Great location and very convenient since it is a few meters away from public transportation.

good location but very small room, not 5*. Maybe 3,5 *

Breakfast is good, rooms are quiet and bed is semi-comfortable, it's 4.5 stars

For a 4 stars hotel, they definitely NEED to replace the bed. Its was springy and lumpy and was very uncomfortable. I have stayed in a 2 stars motel with newer and more comfortable beds. As a tourist visiting the city, or on business travel, sleep is the most important aspect of a hotel room. Also the TV in the room was an 20 inch OLD crt TV that I cannot give away for free. Get on with the time and upgrade. other than that, the hotel is in a good location, great breakfast with good selections, but it doesn't change on the 4 days I was there, so, it got a little boring. Would not pay for it (however it was included free with my booking)

Lovely central hotel walking distance to main attractions. Good service. Amazing breakfast!!

One of the reasons I selected this hotel because of the free breakfast only to find out that my price did not include it. Instead of charging the 26 euro (!) to the room I found breakfast offsite for less than half that. But this was not nearly as egregious as the bed quality. It was a very cheap box-spring-type mattress that one usually only finds at very low budget motels in the US. It was so bad that my sleep was impaired. It's hard to believe that a hotel that appears this upscale has the lowest possible quality bed. On the upside, the staff was very helpful probably to mask the other shortcomings of the place.

Beautiful hotel with great buffet breakfast included.

The hotel was in perfect location. You can get to most major sites within a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was great. The room was perfect. The only down side to this hotel, and others that we've stayed in while visiting Europe, is that the air conditioning is poor. It was very hot in our room, despite it being turned up full blast for the entire day. It made sleeping very difficult. We stayed in their suite. The room was one of the best that we've been in, minus the air conditioning. I'd recommend that you ask for the room with the highest quality AC if you are visiting during the summer months. Overall I would definitely stay there again....just when it isn't so hot outside. This may be typical for hotels in Europe.

Very nice hotel in the beautiful city of Vienna. Our room was large and the bathroom was huge for Europe. Would definitely stay there again.

Me and my wife arrived to the hotel around 1:30 pm. Even though the declared check-in time is 2 pm, the room was prepared and we could get it earlier. Reception people were very nice. The hotel is comfortably located on the circle surrounding the city centre, so you can cross to Stephan's platz, the heart if the old city, walking along beautiful streets with allot of shopping places, cafes' and restaurants. The room had all you need for a short stay, including notable cleanliness, secured Wi-Fi, mini-bar, cable TV. We also liked the old French style of the hotel. Overall good short stay for a reasonable price.

Thought it was 5 star, but was not at all. The room was clean but not updated. Seemed like it was last renovated in the 80's! Old style TV!

An absolutely outstanding breakfast. Metro is practically outside the hotel door and short walk to City Center. Evening desk needs to be more familar with the area for recommending restaruants and their is a whole box of electrical outlet adapters under the front desk. I had forgot my adapter and the evening desk said they didn't have one to lend me. Day desk pulled out a box of them and said pick one I wanted.

Very good location in Vienna near University, Rooms are big enough but 4-star, service and breakfast like in 4-star hotel.

The pros: perfect location, very spacious room, efficient check-in / out and excellent breakfast The cons: nothing in particular, except the room has (locked) doors connecting to both sides of the neighboring rooms which look strange

The hotel is pretty, but the room amenities aren't anything incredible. In fact much of the staff is downright rude and not helpful. Of all the people we encountered only 2 employees were really nice and helpful. The rest just wanted us to stop bothering them. The room however was very large and the AC worked well so that was nice. The best thing about it is the location is perfect for seeing Vienna. However for the cost of the hotel, I would expect things to be a little more comfortable and the reception staff to be more helpful.

This is a good quality hotel with helpful staff. We got off to a bit of a rough start as our non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. They quickly gave us a second room but the wifi signal did not work there. They gave us a third, much larger room, and we enjoyed our stay there.

When I booked a room labeled "standard-Superior" in 5-star hotel, I expected to get something decent. Instead, i got a room 10ft long by 6 ft wide (3.5mX2m). The room was so narrow that the twin-sized bed had to be pushed against one wall and a narrow desk against the opposite one. there was barely enough space to walk in between. The roof was slanted so that one could not stand up straight in part of the room. The furniture was basic, white-colored wood (one level below "IKEA"), Other than the narrow desk, the room included a small closet and one chair. The bathroom was modern and clean but the shower did not work. it delivered al;ternatively very hot and very cvold water. After I complained at the desk, the next day I just got cold water. The staff was uncooperative claiming that there was no other room available that I could move to. I later found out that there was. II do not recopmmed that hotel either for business or for pleasure. It may be well located but it is definitely significantly overpriced for what it has to offer.

We stayed one night in the hotel and had a favorable experience. The location was walking distance to Stephansplatz, with Christmas markets in between. A metro stop is virtually right outside the front door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and extremely clean. The included breakfast had a large variety of foods available, and the staff was attentive to our need for coffee!

Very good location, very good hotel, everything just fine.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Good service attitude. Hotel is stil very nice from outside but the design inside is not at the latest standard
