It’s a very good hotel and the receptionist is wonderful! The location is ok and you can take U1 by walking 5 min. I requested for a quiet room and was very good. Breakfast is good and it’s a good bargain.

A great place for visiting Vienna

Overall it’s a very good place to stay and visiting Vienna. Although a bit outside the city center, it’s very well connected with busses, trams, and subway. The room and the bathroom were very spacious with a lot of space for storage, and mostly very quiet! The bed too very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a plenty of food, sweets and savory. They do offer a parking possibility at €20/day a block away from the hotel, very convenient when traveling by car.

The hotel is clean and comfy, situated at a location near just 15 mins walk from Wien HBF. We were really very impressed with the helpfulness of receptionist Syed. He took the time to answer to our many questions and even accommodated to some of our requests. He is the definition of warm Austrian hospitality. Breakfast was great too. A lot of good cheese. All in all, this hotel is a gem.

Nice room except for the window!

The hotel room was pleasantly large so we had lots of space. The only negative is in our room the bathroom had a window that overlooks the main bedroom space. So when a person takes a shower, anyone in the bedroom can see everything despite the frosted glass. This is an issue if a family is staying there with grown children.

Affordable and close to Vienna Main Station

If your travel itinerary is packed and you just want a place you can sleep/shower, this is the place for you. The hotel is clean and Price is fair for a hotel that is less than a mile to the Main train station. I needed a hotel that is close to the main train station as i do a lot of day trips to neighboring cities/countries. Room size is not big BUT the main thing i liked is that it has a walk-in closet. I love that i can put everything in there incl luggage so that nothing is on my way in the bed area. Breakfast was okay; and the menu is exactly the same everyday. Location is great but the area not so much. It's only one block away from cable cars which can take you around the city and get you to the train stations if youre lazy to walk half a mile. Another option is the city subway which is about 3 blocks away. The only thing i have to advise is that to plan to be back in the hotel no later than 9pm. The surrounding area looks shady at night esp when you hop off from the subway where you then need to walk through a park with a bunch of suspicious fellas hanging out. Theres not much restaurants or cafes nearby and the hotel lobby doesnt offer much either. Like i mentioned, this is a perfect place to just sleep and shower before you get to your itinerary for the day.
