We got the room with the views of St. Stephan’s cathedral and it was absolutely beautiful! Also great location and wonderful hotel staff.

Hotel is in a great location. However, I wasn’t impressed with the hotel. No vibe whatsoever. Just okay.

We visited Vienna at the height of tourist season and during a heat wave; AM Parkring's location a few blocks from the hustle and bustle and it's nice air conditioning were the perfect remedy to busy days. Definitely go with a room with a terrace; the views and escape from the city are worth it. The neighborhood is further from St. Stephen's Square than I expected, but it was easy to access, and the neighborhood itself has its own comforts, including the beautiful park. Hotel staff were very helpful and accessible.

Very central location with easy connectivity to reach museums, palaces, art galleries. And loads eating out just walking distance. Extremely pleasant, informative ans helpful staff... They are great asset to the hotel. As ans when I come back to Vienna, this is my chosen hotel.

This is my second stay in this hotel and it was just as great as the first time. Everything about this hotel is fantastic - the friendly staff, the luxury rooms with attention to the smallest details, the location, the view. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Vienna whenever I get a chance to visit again. Highly recommended.

This hotel is on the top 3 floors of a 13-story building on the Ringstrasse. Had a spacious suite with an amazing view from the balcony facing the city. There are even better views facing the cathedral. We had a corner room so the views were very expansive. It's a short walk from Wien Mitte station and right by MAK (museum of design) and Cafe Prükel for an authentic Viennese cafe experience. This hotel is a hidden gem.

The hotel is literally across from the park and the golden J.Strauss statue - 10min walking to just about everything. The U3 subway line is 3 short blocks away. I got a room on the 13th floor - the top. When I walked in, my jaw literally dropped: The view of Vienna is breathtaking!!!! I had a nice porch with a chair and table and I spent every free moment out on that porch enjoying the unbelievable views. The room was small but meticulously set up. Every amenity was provided (safe for valuables, hairdryer, minibar, etc.). Every day, a small chocolate square was on the pillow when I returned. These little details make a world of difference. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I have no reservation in recommending this hotel, and would love to come back and stay there again on my next trip to the magical city of Vienna.

The hotel was wonderful to us. There was a mix up regarding our room with a balcony for the first night and they were totally booked- the hotel compensated us with a beautiful breakfast the following day as well as fruit with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The following day we were promptly moved to a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking beautiful Vienna!

Great hotel with unique set up. Great area, close to metro and lots of small restraunts. In a large office building, they have separate entrance which is their lobby and dedicated elevator to the top 3 floors. Every room has a amazing view and large outside terrace. Loved it....

Impeccable quality at a great price. Excellent location

Room had excellent view of Vienna! Walking distance to Opera, Ubahn, Stephansplatz and shopping areas

Location of hotel is very convenient, staff was frendly and suupportive, room was clean, queit

This hotel was perfect for me. I travelled by myself, but it was in a safe neighbourhood, near convenience store, post office, train and tram station (right near a station to take the ring tram) as well as to the city center. About 5~10 minutes walk to the city center and a few train stops from the main train station where trains from the airport arrives and departs. Nearby subway station is super convenient as it had an easy access to a lot of sites to visits and transfer to other trains were also simple from that station. There is also a park across from the street where you can take a relaxing walk. Staff are super friendly, and I took a total advantage of making coffee/tea in my room (they give you more if they ask them). Room is clean and comfortable, and usually has a very nice view. Hot water never ran out in the shower, has usual amenities like hair dryer and such, and they even have a laundry hanging string (if I remember correctly). I did wash small things in the bathroom in the sink, so it was super convenient to have the hanging string. Also, you can adjust the room temperature yourself. This hotel was really PERFECT, and I loved staying there very much. The only thing was that the room was on a smaller side compared to other hotels I stayed at in European countries, but it may just be a standard size for Vienna/Austria. HOWEVER, the room size was nothing compared to the location, service, and the quality of hotel itself.

Located on ring across the street from a park, great central location. A few minutes walk to St. Stephens. Grocery around corner. Staff very helpful. Room was a one bedroom suite with balcony and sofa bed. Very luxurious. Air conditioned. Automatic blinds. Three people were comfortable. Great view of city. Paid $225 a night. Wifi and coffee machine.

The hotel is 5 min walk from Stephan Platz, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly. I stayed there several times and will stay again.

Everything was great but the "standard" double room was small, esp. by American standards, not at all like in the picture. We got used to it because we were not home that much. In walking distance to many major attractions. Wonderful New Year's Eve destination.

This is a fine hotel with great views of the city of Vienna. Our only complaint is that our room was located adjacent to the elevator shaft. At times of peak elevator usage, we heard loud thunder-like noises (mainly during the evenings and early mornings. We also experienced a leaky roof that caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor, but that was fixed quickly (the next day). Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back, but would request another room if given one next to the elevator shaft.

Overall experience was pretty well; helpful staff, cleanlesness and timing. The magor advantage of the hotel is its location
