Not a great start to the holiday, the hotel forgot to book our transfer as requested. Piece of advice, get confirmation of booking... although they did sort it out eventually. An apology was offered, but no compensation or refund, a little disappointing as it was their error. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff, who went over and above to make us feel welcome and even remembered our drink order for the duration of our stay. The room was clean, bright and airy with good facilities. It is situated in an ideal location for exploring/walking and good links to public transport and restaurants nearby. Overall, a lovely boutique hotel, but not quite 5 stars. We would stay again, so worth a visit if you like a smaller hotel.
