Amazing service, the ladies in reception were fantastic, they were so kind extremely helpful! The service in the restaurant and bar was also amazing, everyone we came in contact with were extremely polite and helpful. The room is small but it had everything we needed. It’s close enough to town so we could walk to most places if interest! Definitely recommend it. Thanks team for a great stay!!!

We had a garden room which was lovely and very spacious. All the staff were really friendly. The reception staff were very informative and helpful. I would like to say a special mention to the young lady who ran the bar and restaurant in the evening. She was really lovely - so much so that we decided to eat there both evenings. The food was really good both for breakfast and evening meal. Thank you for our lovely stay!

Everything about this hotel was great! The employees were friendly and super helpful, the location was great, accessible to all public transport and close proximity to must visit places and the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel!

Checked into a very nice room. Then at about 22:00 the lights/ac started to flicker on and off over the next 30 minutes, then off totally. Front staff tried to help by swapping cards at entry. Wouldn’t work. Offered to change rooms. The outside wall where the tv is had power. Was able to plug in cpap machine and phones. Next morning maintenance came in and replaced the card reader. Worked great until 20:00, lights out. Hotel upgraded our room to a suite. Very nice after that. Staff was friendly and helpful but these kinds of problems can’t be anticipated. A pain for us but couldn’t expect anything more from staff
