Entre hoteles.com y la gerente o dueña de los pisos nos dejaron tirados a las 1:00 de la mañana en Viena, teníamos la reserva confirmada y hoteles.com en ningún momento nos dio solución sobre el altercado q tenían entre ellos..al final lo pagamos nosotr@s una vergüenza no hay teléfono para llamar por la noche a hoteles.com, tuvimos q ir andando a otro hotel y por suerte nos cogieron , más caro de lo q habíamos contratado claro...

bonjour, Appartement très sale, aucun aspirateur pour nettoyer, parquet qui colle. Pas de télévision alors que c’était marqué dans l’annonce qu’il y en avait une. Wifi qui saute toutes les 10min Pas de lampes dans les wc et dans la cuisine Pas de draps Pas de sèche cheveux ( il n’y avait que l’embout) Appartement mal isolé Aucunes lumières dans les escaliers pendant 2 jours A éviter

Hyvä sijainti. Kiinteistö vanha, mutta ok. 3. kerros tietää kävelyä kiviraouussa Tilava huoneisto. Ei tvtä tai ilmastointia. Kadulla liikennettä ja raitiovaunu kuuluu hyvin jos joutuu pitämään ikkunat auki. Tunnelmallinen ympäristö ja järjestelyt toimi.

L'appartement est très bien situé. L'immeuble ne paie pas de mine mais les appartements sont très bien. Il manque peut-être un micro ondes. L'appartement était très bien chauffé, peut-être un peu trop pour nous

Bad service, great location.

From the moment we entered the place we noticed a bad smell coming from the bathroom, when we opened the door we realized that there was a leak coming from the toilet so we tried calling the number that they gave us several times but no one answered. “Luckily” we found a cleaning lady and told her about the problem, she then contacted the administrator and talked about the leak. They said that they would send someone to deal with the problem but that never happened, we never got an answer and we had to stay there with a smelly, messy bathroom. This was very unfortunate because the apartment is very well located and really pretty but the service/help there was non-existent, the “help” arrived on the day of our check-out, just an hour before leaving, and only because the leak had gotten worse and it started affecting the apartment below us.

Calme mais à améliorer

Appartement préparé pour 3 personnes alors la réservation était prévue pour 4. Avons laissé un message téléphonique sur le numéro indiqué la confirmation de réservation, en vain. Avons donc manqué d'un drap tout le séjour. La cafetière n'avait pas été vidée depuis plusieurs semaines, en témoigne la présence de marc de café bien moisi dans le filtre. Chauffage impossible à réguler, avons dû dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes tellement il faisait chaud.
