The hotel is really nice. The room and beds comfortable, location great to catch a train in walking distance to the city. The staff was not unfriendly, but with some I noticed that maybe because of not speaking English well, could not express themselves correctly and came over almost rude at times. Front of the house staff in a ‘Hilton’ hotel must either speak English better or they need to be trained in customer service (service attitude, patience and service mentality) Overall, we liked it very much and we hope we can return.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with gorgeous views right above the Danube River. The room was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The front desk provided me with a bathrobe and slippers so I could use the hot tub and sauna, a perfect way to wind down after my overseas flight from San Francisco. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had and also included made to order eggs any style you want. I would definitely stay here again when in Vienna!
The room AC was not strong enough to cool the room down. It was 33deg C day and the AC couldnt keep the room temp below 23.... Beautiful location!! All the staff but one were very very friendly and nice.
Beautiful hotel but check in staff was very very rude. Based on my check in I would stay elsewhere next time even though our room was clean and breakfast was great. I believe her name was Markeet. She was very condescending and outright rude.
We enjoyed the lounge access and the view of the Danube however it was a little far from the city center.
We were only in Vienna for a day and a half but during that time we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Danube. We knew that it was about 15/20 minutes from the inner city and we prefer hotels that are not in the main/center of town. It was clean, well kept, and the hotel was able to make some special accommodations upon our request. The breakfast buffet seemed pricey but once we got there and saw the large selection, we were happy we decided to go with it; they also had gluten free options upon request. The only two downsides is that our room was a bit stuffy/warm even though we had the temperature set at the lowest, and it would be nice if they labeled food for those of us with allergies at the breakfast buffet. This hotel was perfectly quiet, secure, and relaxing which was just what we were looking for. The staff were wonderful and the Danube view was very calming with pretty swans. We would happily return to this hotel if we return to Vienna!
