The receptionist, Kim, went out of her way to help us. A true professional. The breakfast buffet and the coffee ( dark roast, made fresh, presented in metal carafe at individual tables when one arrives, with steamy hot milk for a café au lait offered upon request) was the best that I had during my entire 11-day Austrian vacation. Top notch!
Very centrally located. Overall, good value. Room furniture a bit old fashioned and a bit noisy but comfy bed (only one pillow though). Helpful staff, decent breakfast. Would recommend.
A/C was weak. Pillows were very flat and need to be replaced. All else was fine.
