This place is truly comfortable, well-equipped in every sense, very clean and quiet. It is close to the Belvedere Palace and gardens and the botanical garden. The tram 0 right at the corner takes you to and from Vienna's main train station (Hauptbahnhof); one or two blocks farther take tram 71 and others into the main attractions.

Great spot in Vienna

Fantastic location, less than 5 minute walk to multiple tram lines and Rennweg train station, easy and convenient to any district and the airport. Grocery stores 1 minute walk around corner. Place is great, has everything needed. I would stay here again.

A nice cozy place and near to the city

It is a nice cozy apartment with many facilities - WiFi, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and many more. It is near to the city centre and within 15 minutes walking distance. Belvedere is also 5 to 10 minutes away. Will go again. :-)

Be wary of check in time

Booked night before stay. Out of internet service during day and did not know email been sent about check in. There is NO check in desk for a limited hours service and we cautious of check in time given.. This is a private apartment and we were left standing out on the street in the snow with promises that owner was on his way but stuck in traffic (on a public holiday). Eventually cleaner turned up to let us in. Apartment brilliant but intended renters should be wary about check in availability. Not happy my elderly mother had to stay outdoors in the snow for so long. Manager very argumentative and unhelpful.

Good location

Room is pretty and big. Convenient location: short tram ride to everywhere. The apartment is in ground floor but you still need to bring the luggage up and down half flight of steps. Easily contactable through whatsapp. There is a nice Chinese takeout shop nearby where we bought our dinner.

The ultimate girls-trip!

I travelled to Wien with three of my friends. This apartment was just perfect for a girls-trip, good location and close to foodstores and cafes. The owner was so helpful and gave a lot of good tips! Not too far from city centre, close to buses, U-bahn and trainstation

初めはヴェルベデーレ近くのアパートだったのが一人増えたので別の場所のアパートに変更になりました。オーナーが来て下さり部屋の説明、電気製品の使い方、いろいろ親切に何かあったらすぐ電話するようにととてもいい感じの方でした。チェックアウトまで自由に使えてチェックアウトで出るときは鍵を部屋に置いたままドアをしめるだけです。洗濯機もありベランダに干せます。キッチンも本格的なもので普通のアパートです。住宅街で中心部に出るのには少しかかりますが地下鉄駅まで５分以内で行けます。スーパーもあります。５人で泊まったけど快適でした。英語かドイツ語が出来ないと無理です。人数が少なければヴェルベデーレアパートになるでしょうがおすすめです。

Apartement in guter Lage.

Wir waren zu fünft in diesem Apartement für zwei Nächte. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Wirklich super. Ist alles top gelaufen. Schlüsselübergabe war auch pünktlich und sehr freundlich :) Hotelteam und Service kann man dementsprechend nicht bewerten, da es sich ja um ein Apartement handelt.
