Honestly, if you can find a better place to stay, do it. The nice things about this hotel is it's location to the train and bus station and walkable to lots of things in the area. The down side, the staff was rude and uncaring, the a/c never worked and was never fixed, the coffee maker was broken and never worked. If you wanted clean plates or silverware, you were required to take it to the restaurant and exchange it. The shower worked great, but was very slippery.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The hotel facility could do a re-vamp. For instance there is a bar in the lobby that is out of use and it would be fantastic if it was operational. The location is great. We stayed there a couple of nights and the Belvedere is next door. Since it is 3mins away from the main train station (Wien hbf), travel from/to the airport is a breeze (15mins train ride). Easy transport to the any tourist location.

If you are a single person, do not allow them to place you in room 818. It’s on the top floor, by a Works Room. It’s one tiny room, no separate shower and toilet. There is no wardrobe, no air con, no bed table, no kettle. It was an appalling experience in the recent heat. It certainly was not 4 star as I expected. It was more like a staff bedroom. And there was no manager on duty to complain to at the weekend. I was very disappointed particularly as I made the booking many months ago. Fortunately, I was moved to a room more akin to a 4 star hotel after the first night. I

The Sraff are very friendly. The area is convenient for food and transportation. I would like to stay there again in the nearest future. Good location if you need to be near Wien Hbf. But otherwise, it is slightly outside the main city area and lacks a bit of life. The hotel however was spectacular and room was very comfortable. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Sam, for being easygoing, helpful and friendly.

I made the reservation months in advance for a family suite that would accommodate three. Instead due to over booking we were given three very small rooms at a sister hotel down the street.We were not happy. I did appreciate the free breakfast and the storage of our luggage.
