I have been staying at Flemmings hotel for last 6 years. Through the years I have been seeing changes. The first few years, they used to provide two bottles of water, coffee and milk, clean the rooms on a daily basis. Now, one bottle water as welcome, coffe and clean the rooms every two days. It doesn’t feel like I am in a hotel anymore. I would like my room to be cleaned everyday if I’m staying outside of my known environment and if I’m in a hotel settings. I can buy water and coffee, no problem, but I want my room to be cleaned everyday.

Sette notti in una camera superior, letto king size. Letto molto confortevole, camera comoda ma solo una presa elettrica su un lato del letto. Illuminazione varia e perfetta. Macchina espresso in camera e libero rifornimento di capsule. Camera pulita ma personalmente non mi entusiasmo per pavimenti con moquette. Tutto il personale dell'albergo era gentile e premuroso. We would have appreciated a more interactive freindly service -only the doorman asked every day how we were.the greeting we had on arrival was lukewarm We also spent a considerable time trying to connect our devices to the T.V. When we asked we were informed only android mobiles work-would have been good to either be told this or have a notice in our room informing us of this when The evening before we left early the following morning,we asked for a 2:30 am wake up call .We didnt get oneThis is our 2nd stay here in the hotel our experience was not as welcoming

I concur with some "recent" reviews prior to ours that our overall ck in was less than expected based on extensive reviews before we booked. The female front desk staff was very flat handed us the key with really no welcome or info about anything in hotel. In "writing" from Expedia we showed a booking for a room with a balcony/city view in which the staff indicated we did not have a reservation? We booked 3 mos in advance. Either Expedia misrepresented this info on there website or the hotel denied us what we paid for which I will take up with Expedia.Our room did have a city view only no balcony. I could nickpik minor things but ultimately the room was clean.We never went back down and dealt with front desk again until ck out. Now what saved this hotel from a low rating was the downstairs breakfast staff and how delightful and attentive they were to all. The selection and variety of all options of food had a wonderful presentation and they worked very hard to keep everything clean plus they were engaging. A special shout out to Rosita whos personality shines and made our experience delightful every morning. Location a plus, safe area and clean.
