I was in a medical visit in Wien. The staff were very friendly and helpful for all our demands. Good price and very near to Privatklinik, it's a good choice for the location and services! Really enjoyed
We stayed at the Exe Hotel for three days in November. It is situated in Ottakringer Strasse. The hotel is close to a number of tram lines and less than a five minute walk to the nearest metro station – Josefstradter Strasse on U6. The tram line next to this station takes you to the heart of the city in around 10 minutes. The hotel is clean and smart. The rooms was pleasantly decorated with a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom. The hotel was on a busy street but the bedroom had double glazing. We used the air conditioning to keep the room at the desired temperature. The hotel has a swimming pool and small gym in the basement. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. The one disappointment was the breakfast, which was of poor quality and expensive for what it offered. After the first day we ate out - there is no lack of restaurants nearby. We used a Shuttle Me taxi from the airport. The service was excellent and represented good value for money.
Came to this hotel for a mini city break with my mum, after a little hick up when checking in (room wasn't ready), we couldn't find fault with anything else. The reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, room was wonderful and warm, beds perfect and all very, very clean. Would recommend this hotel, and look forward to visiting again the the near future!
I visited this hotel with in January 2017 for 4 nights and enjoyed with my stay there, though breakfasts at each days were rather poor.. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, facilities clean and location convenient to public transport
The hotel location is excellent near the metro stations, many restaurants and supermarkets are few minutes from the hotel. The staff are friendly, the room size is good and the view from my room was good facing the Alser street. The furniture is outdated and the room is not tidy clean with many dirty spots on the wall and curtains, the bed is not comfortable with very low pillows ( I put two and still very low) the housekeeping never cleaned the floor during my stay (4 nights) and the only thing they do is arranging the bed sheets.
Very disappointed with the room they have allocated to us....it looks like we're students travelling cheap and feel like staying in a hostel. The worst ever hotel I have stayed in all of my trips abroad. Rooms are too outdated and bare....does not have the welcoming feeling and getting a good nights rest after a tiring day. I have requested from reception to transfer us to a different room cause we are not happy ie: room floorboards with cracked...the reply I got is wait till next day and apologised that the room hasn't met my expectations (case on point is it's their "standard room")and it doesn't look like it's been clean properly, towels supplied were very ordinary and appears to have been in the wash several times, pillows provided 1 for each of us and duvet cover we have is single. As I have inquired again for a room transfer, I got the same answer on our first day. What's not appealing was heating does not work either. No such things as room amenities like complimentary hot drinks or bottled water. When I told reception that there is no kettle provided, he told me that we could request for a kettle but...WITH A €10 DEPOSIT!!!! The only advantage is this hotel is close to the U bahn station.
Terrible!!!! Nowhere near 4 star, room was less than basic, wood flooring with cracks & holes in, the heating in the room didn't work, 1 pillow each for a double bed & 2 single duvets as apparently double duvets don't exist in Austria.
Stayed here for our trip. Situated in the Hernals district away from the city centre. Good sized rooms and a superb choice for breakfast. Transport to the city is easy by using the excellent tram system, the stops are outside the hotel and will take about 15 minutes to the centre. Suggest you buy the transport tickets so you can jump on and off the trams or subway.
Beacuse of serious illness in my family i had to cancel my booking in hotel. As, i was late few hours in cancelation, they didnt allow me to do that. It speaks a lot about them, as they dont care!!!!!!
The hotel is near to the U6 metro stations, so it's well linked to the city centre. The neighborhood it's multicoltural but not noisy. In the hotel the public spaces and the rooms are clean and the staff is very kind. The rooms were not big as I expected, especially the bathroom was very small. Very good breakfast.
