I stayed at the hotel for a week while attending a conference. Although I didn’t have the chance to explore much of the hotel, the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the room climate control was an issue. Neither the AC nor the heater was functioning. I asked for assistance with the thermostat, but it didn’t resolve the problem. A small fan was eventually provided, which helped during the warmer days at the start of my stay. However, the last few days turned cold, and the heater still wasn’t working, which made things uncomfortable.

Loved the look and feel of the hotel. Felt like we walked into a modern art gallery. Every room in the main hotel felt like an exciting discovery. The organic and locally sourced breakfast was a lovely and much needed extra touch as I competed during the stay, so was well fuelled on race day. The room was clean and the size was great. Will definitely stay here again if in Vienna.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hotel decoration was lovely. The crew was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and varied. The bedding was very comfortable. One small comment though, the bedsheet for the mattress was a bit short, if you move too much while you're sleeping you end up on the mattress which has no protection. A metro was very close, so very easy to go the the center.
