OK. Not everything. But all of the City Center sites. AC was great, since there was a heat wave. Breakfast was spectacular! Parking was very convenient--about one block away for 24 Euros. I would stay here again.

The hotel is at the city center. Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and useful. If you have limited budget and if you want to stay at the city center this hotel should be your choice. Thanks for the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

We had a great stay at Das Opernring! Harold at the front desk was fantastic, so helpful and cheerful! The hotel was very clean and had some great perks. It is conveniently located in the city center, just across the street from the state opera, and we had some fantastic evening views of the opera house from our room.

This charming boutique hotel almost across the street from the Vienna State Opera is a true jewel. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights on a rather spontaneous New Year's vacation to attend the Hofburg Ball. I can't think of a cozier place to be so far away from home during the holidays! Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, comfortable, and ... made available in the early morning, a total blessing after an 8-hour overnight flight from the States. The breakfast buffet is served in an ambiance of timeless elegance from the third floor of the building which offers a grandiose view of the Opera. What better way to start your day than delighting your eyes with this impressive view while sipping on a glass of complementary champagne? The always fresh white table cloths and the hot bar at precise temperatures continued to impress us throughout our sojourn. But my biggest admiration and gratitude go to Harald, the hotel manager. He is by far the most dedicated professional I have met in my many international travels. In a city where you come as a complete stranger, Harald goes out of his way to make you feel like home, provides better guidance than your iPhone apps, and easily becomes your best friend. He, like his staff, finds genuine pleasure in his work and masters the art of hospitality at its very best. We will look forward to returning either on vacation or for work-related travel!

Great place to stay close to city center. Good bakery close by.

Terrific front desk staff, even with a 2330 arrival. Great location directly across from the Opera, the Hofburg and the Albertina. Karlsplatz station is at the corner with trams and subway. what passes for a lobby area can be a turn off but worth getting past. The rooms are old European style but very comfortable. Lighting for reading is a challenge. I would gladly stay there again and again and would recommend it to friends who do not require the plastic of the chain hotels.

I was very happy with my choice of hotel. All the staff were very helpful and made one feel welcome. My room was very nice. It was large, with large windows overlooking part of the Opern Ring and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast (included) was ample and very tasty with a lot of different choices (it even included champagne!). The hotel is in one of the old houses on the Ring Strasse so it had lots of charm and very high ceilings. The hotel provides coffee and tea in the rooms and also has a computer with internet access for guest use, particularly useful if one does not want to travel with one's laptop. If I am in Vienna again, I would certainly stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little older but the rooms were remodeled recently. Great location and breakfast wasn't too bad.

The rooms are a bit dated, but large. Walls a bit thin. The staff was super friendly and helpful. But the location was excellent and the price was good.

Das Opernring is steps away from the Opera, and so it's as close as you can get to major Viennese sites. Also just a block from the wonderful tram system, and 2 blocks from Karlsplatz, whose U-bahn station has many of the major lines. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, with good breakfast, an excellent modern bathroom, great windows. No air-conditioning.

I stayed here 7 tears ago and I was quite happy the hotel has even gotten better. It's perfect location on the Ringstrasse between the Imperial Palace and Opera House. The complimentary buffet breakfast is outstanding and the free wifi is super fast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will always try to stay here when I return to Vienna.

We stayed 3 nights at a Junior Suite. The location is fantastic, just opposite to Staatsoper, the Opera Building. Also a few steps to the bus station, tram station and U-Bahn. Very close to all touristic attractions. The staff are friendly. Room comfort is also great. Enjoyed our free drink at Martinjak. Highly reccomended!

Right in the center, parking in the vicinity is likely, but not guaranteed and may be a problem during busy tourist season. Presently being remodeled, which is taking away a view of the Opera House.

We arrived late and we were given a room on the second floor of the hotel that didn't have air-conditioning and only a cheap, noisy fan to cool the room. The next morning I had to argue intensively with the manager and tell him in no uncertain terms that this room was unacceptable. He gave me every possible excuse; it's an old building, we jcan't do any construction, many buildings in Vienna don't have air conditioning. In the end I got a very nice room on an air-conditioned floor. This is a beautiful old hotel near every possible site you might want to visit but make sure that they don't put you on the second floor. This hotel has the best soundproofing I have seen in a long time. Also, the staff is very helpful with directions and suggestions.

We could not be happier choosing to stay at this hotel. We travel (for leisure) extensively and the staff here was the best that we encountered. Sometimes, there is hit and miss with hotel staff, but at this hotel every employee was so courteous, helpful and friendly. We felt that they went above and beyond to take care of our needs, but it was just how they worked at this hotel. We got spoiled with their service. The breakfast buffet, included with our hotel stay, was excellent with everything we want and more. The hotel is centrally located. There are many cafes, shops and things to see around the hotel. We walked everywhere, to the left of the hotel one day, to the right the another day. All were beatiful!! Vienna is safe to walk, even at night. We explored most of the city on foot as everything was just a short walk away.

The hotel was simply amazing. A great location opposite the Opera house. Great view. All rooms are with double glazing so all very quiet. Wonderful breakfast and big rooms but MSG of all the staff were amazing and basically did all they could to allow us 100% satisfaction

Was simply a memorable hotel location and staff. Great rooms, great view, quiet with double glazing windows. And Te staff simply amazing.

Great location great staff. Very helpful. Nice rooms and breakfast was pretty food.

My girlfriend and I stayed here. We were welcomed by an incredibly sweet man. He gave us our key which we had to keep at the front desk. The room was pleasantly funky (faux wood curtains), very spacious, and cozy. Excellent breakfast in the morning! Across the street from the Opera!
