Sehr schön renoviertes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr bequemes Bett.
Top, dass WC und Bad getrennt ist.
Aufzug. Dachterrasse wird gerade hergerichtet.
Schönes GebĂ€ude, was gerade innen renoviert wird. Vom Zimmer blick auf die TĂŒrme des Hundertwasser Hauses.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und schön. BÀcker und Billa direkt um die Ecke.
Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin etwas spĂ€rlich und die Zugangsdaten kamen erst als wir schon vor der HaustĂŒr standen. Nach dem etwas umstĂ€ndlichen Bezahlvorgang kamen auf meine SMS gar keine RĂŒckmeldungen mehr. Habe auch keine Quittung erhalten.
Der KĂŒhlschrank lief oft und war nachts sehr laut.
Durch die LĂŒftung im Bad und WC kam immer Zigarettengestank. Der Ausstieg aus der etwas hochgestellten Badewanne ist nicht gerade barrierefrei.

Attention, l'appartement n'est pas fait pour 3 personnes. Les equipements mentionnĂ©s sont faux. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans l'appartement en esperant y trouver un canapĂ©-lit. Il s'agit en fait d'un simple sofa, qui n'a mĂȘme pas la forme d'un lit. En remontant l'information au proprietaire, celui-ci nous a indiquĂ© que cela etait normal et qu'il ne voyait pas le problĂšme. Aucun de nous ne tenait entiĂšrement dans le canapĂ©. Pour couronner le tout, l'appartement n'avait Ă©tĂ© preparĂ© que pour deux personnes. On nous a apportĂ© des draps Ă 1h00 du matin qui sentait le tabac froid. La gestion de notre dossier a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©sastreuse, aucune aide ne nous a Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©e pendant notre sejour, pas de relogement possible. Bref, Ă eviter pour 3 personnes.

Wonderfull appartment, brandnew and very luminous due to the big windows in the attic. Communication excellent . Only problem we had with not enough hot water,cehich was fixed promptly
