    This Could Be A Great Stay

    Before I booked this one I read the older reviews and I asked the owner about the broken furniture and he said it was fixed. The bed is definitely not fixed. There were several missing slats on the left box spring and I had a miserable time sleeping and have developed some back pain. There are ants everywhere. Kitchen, main bedroom.The shower door's handle is missing making it difficult to close.The laundry machine didn't work (spin or drain). We tried several different cycles and always got an error code.None of the kitchen cabinets don't have handles installed. Very limited kitchen utensils. Hot water is scalding hot.The apartment gets very warm. The fans are helpful.The toilet seat isn't attached.Lastly the wardrobe was leaning away from the wall and it had pulled out it's wall anchors. It made me nervous to have the kids in the room.Overall it was in a decent neighborhood close to Publix transportation and Lidl but the details were missing on this one.

    Schon vorab gab es Schwierigkeiten: ich wollte die Personenzahl reduzieren, da meine Tochter nicht mitkommen konnte. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage, wurde nichts geändert. Das ging soweit, dass ich sogar die Passnummer und all ihre Daten eingeben musste, da der Online Check sonst nicht abgeschlossen werden konnte...Auch das habe ich mehrmals gemeldet. Keine Hilfe bekommen.Bei Ankunft stank es im ganzen Appartment extrem nach Nikotin. Alle Handtücher, die Kissen, Decken, einfach alles stank! Um nicht wieder abreisen zu müssen, haben wir es uns mit Deo, Duftkerze und Textilerfrischer erträglich gemacht.Ansonsten die hier bereits erwähnten Mängel:- allgemein nicht wirklich sauber (Küche und Bad)- kaputter WC Sitz- defekter Kleiderschrank- zerknitterte und kaputte Bettwäsche- kauputter Duschtürgriffu.s.w.Leider können wir das Appartment auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.Zur Parksituation möchte ich noch sagen, dass die gesamte Umgebung Kurzparkzone ist und man dort tagsüber wochentags maximal 2 Stunden parken darf. Der nächste Parkplatz zum länger parken ist 8 Autominuten weg. Dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts, aber diese Info hätten wir gern nicht erst am Vorabend erhalten!

    Wir würden am liebsten 0 Sterne geben . Keine Kooperation möglich . Wir wollten es verschieben da meine Tochter eine Not OP hatte der Gastgeber hat es verweigert ohne einen Grund zu nennen wieso es nicht geht
