Die Wohnung hat dringend eine Grundreinigung nötig. Oberflächen waren verschmiert, der Herdbereich war mit Spritzern an der Wand übersät, die Fenster waren dreckig., Spiegel nicht sauber geputzt, Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt, teilweise Oberflächen/Schränke nicht staubig, im Badezimmer war unter der Matte noch Wasser…… die Liste könnte man fortsetzen. Als wir kamen, (nach 17 Uhr) wurde gerade angefangen zu putzen bzw. die Wohnung herzurichten…. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Nach einer Nachricht/Mängelanzeige kam dann am nächsten Tag jemand und putzte die Wohnung, so dass sie annehmbar war. Die Küchenausstattung ist unzureichend, wesentliche Dinge fehlen. Außerdem sollte die Wohnung dringend renoviert werden. Der Standort ist optimal, die Anbindung zur Stadt ist gut. In 15-20 min. ist man in der Innenstadt.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, gemütlich und geräumig, nur leider eine sehr überschaubare Anzahl an Geschirr und Besteck. Sonst alles i.O. Gerne wieder!
