Bad directions, great room, great location
The big thing was figuring out how to get to the room. I felt that the instructions and details on how to get to the room were inadequate. I was completely stressed out trying to find it. My son and I were dragging our luggage around two blocks looking for how to get in. When I called I got an answering service from some other country. She had no clear way of helping me. I had to call her several times. She said that all the info should have been in our confirmation email. I never recurved an email with the specific instructions on how to get to the room nor the code to the key box. Once we finally found the entrance, the operator was able to get me the code. Once o had the code I had to find what floor it was on. This process was very stressful. I will say that once we got to the room we were pleasantly surprised at the accomidations. I loved the room and bathroom. We never used the kitchen but it was new and nice as well. What I liked most was that we had a comfortable room to crash in and it was in a great location for sight
seeing. The price was fantastic considering how expensive other rooms were. I would return in the future, now that I know how to get there.
