Located near to Prater park and famous Vienna wheel. Very close to metro station, railway station is at around 15min walk. Hotel is modern with nice spacious rooms and big windows. Bed is soft but pillows are thick as brick. Breakfast is rather average and staff at breakfast table very ignorant.

It’s a nice near and clean hotel with helpful staff. Hotel location is central and metro service is just walking distance. There are lot of small and big restaurants just walking distance from hotel. Nice amusement park near the hotel. Hote is good , comforting bed and nice rooms. Good decision to book the hotel .. liked the stay.

We (2Adults and one child) stayed from Dec15-19 at this hotel and this place is excellent in terms of hospitality as well as the comfort of the rooms. The breakfast was good and the staff was ready to serve (even if we have to pay extra for the food not in buffet) whatever we asked them for. Very close to Prater as well as Messe Wein Prater station. Highly recommended hotel 😃😃😃

First of all I want to say that this is a great hotel. It is near a U-bahn station which gets you into the centre of Vienna very quickly and it's very close to the Prater amusement park which has great Christmas markets and is again a major transport hub. The staff are great, the breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are clean and nicely designed. It is also great value. BUT... what lets this hotel down and why I have only given it 3/5 is the pillows. They are way too soft. Soft enough to feel like you are resting your head on air and henceforth I didn't have a comfortable nights sleep. If there were better pillows then I'd gladly give this hotel a 5 but it is so important to have a good nights sleep after a busy day seeing this wonderful city.

We stayed here for three nights in December. I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, comfortable, a fridge and warm with brilliant heating! Very quiet all night, we had a room overlooking the Main Street in front of the hotel. We didn’t ask the staff for a lot, but what we did need, they helped us with well. For an old hotel, the room was in very good condition. Location: we took a taxi from the airport which was just under 40 euros, 35 mins. We returned to the airport with the regular train from one metro away station (pratersten), with our weekly travel card only 2.50 Euro extension, and only took 40 mins door to door. Much cheaper and prob about the same time as the CAT train. If I had known I would have come from the airport on public transport. Metro station is two minutes walk away and within 10 mins your in the centre of town. All the main sites within easy metro stops. Within two minutes walk, you have one lovely Austrian restaurant, so good we ate twice. Another direction in less than two mins walk, a delicious pizza/pasta restaurant. A minute away a McDonalds (for your budget coffee fix as there is none in the room). I really think this is a brilliant base for your stay with a brilliant location. For the price, you cannot go wrong!

Our room was new, clean, and spacefull ...the staff is friendly, helpful and speak many languages. Well situated, a bit outside of the center, it's more quiet at night and you can relax. 5 minutes walking from the metro station. The breakfast is great, lots of choice, lots of space for eating , Viennoiseries, toasts, fruits, yogourts, coffee (cappuccino, lattee with no restriction ...) I never give a 5 stars for a hotel...first time but well deserved!

Situated near the Prater, at a metro station (few stops till city centre), their own garage and also bus parkin opposite the hotel. Rooms are clean (with our group we had 2 rooms with coffee on the walls and not so tidy, told the front office, hope it will be cleaned). Excelent breakfast. Staff ok. not the quickest check out (when groups and individuals are leaving there is only one person at the front gesk...) Over all a good hotel

Very close to Vienna Messe, you can walk to it. Also very close to Prat Park, metro station and railway station. Close to the city center, 3-4 metro stations. The hotel have good quality rooms, with a good 3* standard, nice bar and breakfast.

I stayed several times at his hotel during my trips in Vienna. I find the location of this hotel very convenient as it is close to the Vienna International Center, just a few stops via U1/U2 subway to the city center and in a quiet neighborhood. I also like the elegant style of lobby, very ergonomic elevators and the whole arrangement of the room. Big working desk, comfortable beds, very practical loo, separate air conditioning system, fridge, flat screen tv, excellent WiFi connection, has everything that a business traveler needs. Breakfast from organic products, but not a big deal in my opinion. However, it is really a very smart choice, a very good value for money! I will visit this hotel again for sure.

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Vienna whilst attending a conference at the Austria centre. The positives is that it is very close to a u-bahn station so easy to get into the main city areas within half an hour and at a good price. It was also close to many fast food shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful and check in was straight forward. The room was always clean. I didn't have the breakfast which costed £10 a day extra. The downsides were that the hotel was a little dated - not as the pictures present. There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room which would have been a nice touch. However the hotel fit its purpose - a place to stay which was close to the tube.
