Austria Trend Hotel Messe Wien3.0 out of 5.0

I stayed several times at his hotel during my trips in Vienna. I find the location of this hotel very convenient as it is close to the Vienna International Center, just a few stops via U1/U2 subway to the city center and in a quiet neighborhood. I also like the elegant style of lobby, very ergonomic elevators and the whole arrangement of the room. Big working desk, comfortable beds, very practical loo, separate air conditioning system, fridge, flat screen tv, excellent WiFi connection, has everything that a business traveler needs. Breakfast from organic products, but not a big deal in my opinion. However, it is really a very smart choice, a very good value for money! I will visit this hotel again for sure.
I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Vienna whilst attending a conference at the Austria centre. The positives is that it is very close to a u-bahn station so easy to get into the main city areas within half an hour and at a good price. It was also close to many fast food shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful and check in was straight forward. The room was always clean. I didn't have the breakfast which costed £10 a day extra. The downsides were that the hotel was a little dated - not as the pictures present. There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room which would have been a nice touch. However the hotel fit its purpose - a place to stay which was close to the tube.
OK, it is a three-star hotel and very good in every way. The personnel was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a well stocked and plentiful buffet with a large selection of tasty foods. I really enjoyed it. Another plus is the location of the hotel near the U-Bahn (metro) station and the very popular restaurant, the Schweitzerhaus. Yes, I will come back again!
Really it was the worst hotel in my life I have visited, I'm 50 years old, I can say that I traveled a lot because I love it. About the hotel the room, the beds seems like when I was student in the post communist European countries especially for the price what I paid for 105 euros per night. The breakfast was very very poor, the staff not bad. Generally I will not ever recommend this hotel, I'm sorry to speak like that but really it was overpriced. I think maximum for this hotel I can pay around 50 euros.
We went to a short business trip and booked this hotel as a cheaper option. Although it is cheap because it's not in the center and in a less populated area, the area was very safe (it's not surprising because it's close to a Uni), subways are running from there to basically everywhere in the city (it takes about 20 mins to get to the center by subway), the staff was very-very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price, the room was clean and neat, wi-fi was all right. The one (and only) negative thing for us was that since it's a less populated area of the city, constructions take place very often, so the view from the balcony is not very nice and also constructions are a little noisy (if you close the balcony door you can still hear some minimal(!) noise). All in all we had a positive experience, if we'll go back to Vienna we might consider to stay here again :)
Stayed for one night last week. Very close to the subway station and ton the National football stadium, which the reason I chose it. Room are quite small, bed quite comfortable, but a better pillow would be appreciated. Good thing is that the room is very clean. Breakfast is not included, but for 11 Euros is decent and would advise to future travelers. Underground garage is available for 18 Euros. Conclusion, you could get a bit more for 125 Euros per night.
My husband and I stayed here for five nights in late August while he was attending a meeting. I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were all that I could want in a hotel. The location was quiet, but there was a subway stop very close by that allowed access to all other parts of the city. Best of all, the prices made our stay a bargain.
This is really a business hotel targeted at those working in the nearby university or trade fair buildings. Rooms are comfortable and well-fitted out, although lack any facilities for tea or coffee making. Breakfast was fine, there is a small lobby area and bar. Easy access to metro system. Little sense of character, though I was in a first floor room, while those higher up may well be able to see over the Prater.
The hotel was very conveniently located, only a couple of minutes from the subway station. This is of course very convenient for those who will use the subway. This is the best way to see all of Vienna, with an unlimited day-pass or multi-day pass. The room was very nice and cozy with plenty of light and a very good shower. Very clean! Breakfast was very good, especially keeping into account it is a 3 star hotel. Staff very friendly.
Located 2 walking minutes away from the Messe Prater metro station, the hotel is suitable both for families with children as well as businessmen. I liked: - the spacious room with a view to Prater park, well insulated (though there was a site, no sound was heard in the room). - the large and comfortable bed (we stayed there 2 adults and a 4 year-old child) - the well-organized bathroom - the breakfast based on eco and bio products (I was impressed by the types of bread available) - there are also running paths in the surroundings I didn’t like: - the glasses (for juice, water) were too small.
