This hotel was super amazing! The only reason I did NOT give it 5 stars, is because breakfast was not included. Breakfast was separate and cost about 15 Euros per person (I don't remember the exact total, but regardless, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR BREAKFAST) If Breakfast had been included, I would have given 5 stars. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is on Kärtnerstrasse which is the main shopping district in the center. If you want to be close to shopping and Stephansdom, then stay here! The room was HUGE and CLEAN and COMFORTABLE!!! The bathroom was also large and clean! We would totally stay here again! But please include breakfast in the future!!!!

The hotel has a quiet elegance. The room was spacious and very quiet. The bathroom was beautiful with marble walls. The staff was knowledgeable & professional. They went the extra mile like walking me to the closest ATM machine. Location... it doesn't get any better than this. Walking distance to everything!

The hotel was perfect for the traveler who isnt in their room a ton. Nothing against the room as it was very comfortable, but at the same time there was nothing special about it. The building is a bit dated but charming at the same time. Small lobby area but good for one's needs. I didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on it. Beds were comfortable, tv small, in room safe was adequate, walls were a bit thin and usually heard people closing doors, bathroom was comfortable. Location was very good. Everything is pretty close when you stay within the circle and this hotel really does have a price location to some of the main sites.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The beds were very comfortable, The duvet was too thick for the May weather, but I removed it from the duvet cover and just used the sheets/cover. We never found a thermostat. The rooms are big, the bathrooms spacious and clean. The staff was always very helpful and well informed. The old building added charm, but the comforts were modern. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to go to the cafes. We also did not use any of the amenities. The location is excellent. One block from the Opera, 1/2 block from Albertinaplaz. 40 feet from the main pedestrian shopping street of Kaerntner Strasse. It seems to be equidistant from the Metro stations of Karlsplatz and St Stephensplatz.

Great location right near the Vienna State Opera and Stephansplatz.

Excellent location, restaurants and bars steps away and within the inner ring, close to everything, including the underground and tram. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Very comfortable bed, good view, large bathroom. I traveled with six twenty somehing children, all happy with accommodation. We did not eat at the hotel. Hotel breakfast is expensive, even for Vienna. The lobby is not luxurious or a place to linger, but the helpfulness and cheerful nature of staff made up for this! Definitely recommend. .

The hotel is in the heart of Vienna, you can't be more in the center. Very convenient and everything was great.

The hotel could not be in a better location. Walk out the door and all of the tourist locations are within walking distance. There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself, it just wasnt great. The staff was friendly but they werent particularly helpful any of the many times we asked for suggestions about restaurants, shows, etc. Also, when I told them the wifi wasnt working, they told me that it worked on non-iPhone devices, not exactly helpful. There was a free computer in the lobby though, so that helped. The room was tiny but clean. It was a little dated looking but the bathroom was nice. It had some elements of charm as it was built 100 years ago. Loved the unique things such as two doors and two windows, that was a sweet touch. There is nothing really wrong with the hotel, I think I just like smaller boutique hotels with more personal service.

We were wondering why we could hear so much noise from outside to find out that the window was open. But otherwise, this was a great place to stay.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Vienna clean n hospitable!!!!!

Great location, very friendly staff. Comfortable bed, no climate control. May be hot in the summer and you can't keep windows open- street is noisy and people unload stuff at 6 in the morning. Don't buy breakfast-a lot of good and not expensive places around the corner. Very fast free WIFI, and at the same time-old 13 inches CRT TV.

Room was lovely. Breakfast was not included, no body informed me of this and I was charged 20 Euro for breakfast. A huge ripoff.

Excellent service from reception staff to housecleaning.

Very courteous and friendly hotel staff from the door, reception counter, to housekeeping.

Excellent, outstanding hotel staff. Friendly and courteous hotel staff. Short walking distance for dining and public transportation.

Upon our arrival, we were immediately upgraded to a junior suite! Very comfortable. A block from the Opera House and center of the city. So very convenient to the trolleys, shopping, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was very, very expensive so would recommend eating elsewhere. We would/will stay here again!

Hotel staff was all very nice and friendly. If you re a couple ask for king or queen size bed, otherwise you get a two double bed.Just be aware that breakfast is not part of room cost...15 euros per person. Excellent meal. McDonald and Burger King are 5 minutes walking. Location is super...Opera House is 200 yards away. I Recommend for the experience of it...opera. Vienna is a pricey city but worth it.
