This was my second stay at the hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was filled with choices and the area is quiet. I definitely recommend.

The property is listed as entirely non-smoking. Every part of the hotel smells like cigarettes. The room filled up with smoke every night. The manager’s response was, “Well, it’s a hard rule to enforce.”

Average and unwelcoming, but well located.

The person at the reception was extremely moody and annoyed. The rooms are average, could see some upgrade or renovation. However, they are big enough, location is nice and the price fair. Late check-out costed me more than half of the room price, even though the hotel felt empty and even though my card would stop working after 11 anyway. Also, no air-conditioning in the rooms so no late sleeping in summer, at least in the south facing rooms.

Perfectly fine hotel. Room was clean and tidy but got very warm on the hot days. Rotating fan supplied but no air con. I must say, there's a beautiful little town square 50 metres from hotel: great food and supermarket. Lovely area. The 59A bus takes you in to town, no problem.

Great stay in nice location.

Lovely, clean, big rooms, friendly staff. Few nice restaurants in the area, staff were happy to provide recommendations. Hotel bar was good too. And a bus stop around the corner to get to centre.

The hotel has a very good location, meaning that it’s easy access to city center, few stops with bus..train station, airport etc.. the staff is extremely helpful and kind, and that made all difference in our pleasant staying...I would definitely recommend this Hotel!

Good Vienna Hotel

Two night stay, early spring. Very close to U-Bahn. Made it to the Donau in 15 minutes. Walked to the Museum District in 25 minutes. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Small grocery store and pharmacy right around the corner. Room could use a little fix-up. Light on wall near TV didn't work when plugged in, and shower wand did not work. Bathtub worked fine though, plenty of hot water.
