Could not be pleased more with the choice of Aparthotel Adagio, Vienna. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We even got an earlier check-in (arrived way too early) - that was very nice after a long flight. The location is very convenient - walkable to the city center and the tram stop is a few steps away. The tram will take you either to your point of interest or to the underground. Wien Mitter railway station is less than 10 min walk (you can check-in at the City Airport Center -with CAT tickets). Billa and Spar supermarkets are pretty close too. The room was big, the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette/refrigerator were useful.

You showed me beautiful and big room. But when I adrived there. It was bad

Hotel was clean and well-located in Vienna. Suite came with only a single uncomfortable rigid desk chair and a terribly uncomfortable folding chair. No sofa as per photos on Orbitz. Staff was unable to provide a single comfortable upholstered chair with side arms to sit on as per my requests. Not at all a good place to sit and relax after walking a lot in cobblestoned Vienna.

When we made the reservation for the hotel we included breakfast but according to the hotel this was never informed by Orbitz. So we had to pay an additional EUR 28 per day. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the center of Vienna where most of the attractions are. The picture of the sofa is actually a Murphy bed so the room looks bigger than it actually is.

I loved the location and a nice view that I had from my room, facing the canal. The carpet was stained badly. The chair stank of sweat on my first day and I needed to clean it better.

Super location to the metro and Ringstrasse and all that includes We would book here again

Dear Guests, Thank you for your feedback, which we always appreciate. When you arrived for your check-in my colleague offered to show you a different apartment from the one you had booked to give you the option of having an apartment with more space and more facilities. My colleague then explained that there would be an additional charge to cover the cost of the upgrade, but you chose to decline the offer and stated that you wished to keep the room that you had originally booked. We would be very happy to book you the larger apartment next time you stay with us, but the apartment charge will naturally be slightly higher than on your last visit.
