The breakfast was good, it had a variety of things to chose, fruits, yogurt, pastries, eggs, cereals etc. The staff were serious but helped when asked. The rooms were clean and quite modern, but lacked air conditioning which was a nightmare in the middle of July...The area has several restaurants and bars. It is more less 20 minutes walking to the train station. I would come back!

First, this is a budget hotel. It's very plain and reminiscent of an old hospital. That said, it's clean, the beds are comfortable, it's convenient to the city center, and the large breakfast room holds a wide variety of breads plus cold and warm foods. Bonus: there are tons of plugs in each room for charging electronics.

V good sized room and good facilities, staff were friendly, short walk from centre and U-bahn stations. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Couldn't fault really, a good place to stay for a stopover

Perfet time in a such nice place. Great locations, staff was friendly and nice. We could communicate in english with no problem. I am sure we will come back there in the next year. Just I would put AC in all rooms and would be good if it was opened for a whole year!

The hotel is excellent positioned, close to Vienna downtown and has a lot of useful locations around it, including fast metro access. The room provides for all you basic needs and it is very good for short term trips (passing by or short city breaks). A little more comfort would help, but if you are not the picky type and you don't plan to spend too much time in the room, this hotel is for you.

Perfect for a short, good value stay in Vienna. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable with a good shower and hairdryer, towels and small shower gels included. City centre is about 15 -20 min walk away, taxi from station was under 10 euros. There's some nice cafes nearby the hotel and some grocery stores for breakfast, lunch etc. Would recommend for a good priced stay in Vienna.

Comfortable and clean hotel with helpful staff. Great for those who want to spend little and do not have excessive pretensions. Ideal for those who are out all day and only need a place to sleep and have breakfast (abundant). Located 5 minutes from the metro stop from which you can reach any place. For a tourist I recommend the Vienna Card.

Bad hygiene: * Cleaning irregular (sometimes does not happen at all for days) and very insufficient (same unmoved filth laying here for our entire stay (one week) if not more * One time became so pissed off that I took off and threw all the dirty bed sheets and towels one 1 big pile before the door. That helped. * Products not daily renewed plus one time shampoo, the other time soap, most of the times nothing Acoustics: * Noisy neighbourhood with little but good hearable traffic and constructionworks * Rooms, hallways, stairways echo heavily (Surely you will hear all noise — Everything is hard, sound bounces of surfaces, even soft conversation from neighbours can be heared quite good and own voices echo in the room) * Rooms have no airco/heating but restaurant does (big ones) so if they (2 of them) go on, prepare for a noise as if a truck with running engine is standing under your window (begins at 4 in the morning!). We thought it were the constructionworkers but on saturday we found out this was not true but it were the machines * If you sleep with windows open because of hot room, you will be waken by this airco noise and then hot air from airco will be blown into the room (#118). You will need to choose: hot and silent room or cooler room with warm winds every now and then and noise Service * They welcome you friendly * After this no eyecontact, hello or goodbuy anymore * Complaints will not be taken seriously (no empathy, recognition because that may mean solutions.., just hollow actions - notes for colleagues) * Standard strategy: nobody knows a thing, never heared of this or that, 'we will look into it' One morning again the noise. I called reception. Would come upstairs if all clients were helped. Waited half an hour. When I came downstairs no clients and reception looked surprised (forgotten about me). Stupid excuse: Oh yes I meant I come after check in time. Then other clients came to check out. Heared me complaining. Said to me they were checking out because of noise (suddenly 2 people complaining about noise) . I looked at receptionist. Poker face to computer screen. After this I checked out some reviews (should have done that before) and the noise thing totally not new so all lies and tactics. Advice: take this room when you want a good bed and location. For the rest, be warned.

I have spend a betiful day in Vienna for professional reason and I think thaat this structure it is perferct for person tat want see the city center. The location is great and the staff is very kind..

Wifi was virtually unusable as there was strong signal but it kept cutting in and out every few seconds. Room was spacious and clean but looked a little clinical. Friendly reception staff. No fridge, no kettle. Not quite all you need.
