    Hemos hecho la reserva para el dia siguiente.Cuando llegamos pedimos información sobre cómo hacer el check in y entrar.Nadie contesta al telefono indicado para contacto con el alojamiento.Por el chat en la aplicación, recibimos instrucciones de atención al cliente de Hoteles.com para presentar el número de referencia en recepción para realizar el check in.Resultó que no hay recepción, este es un apartamento privado,con cajas de llaves cerradas con un código secreto en la entrada del edificio.Después de más de dos horas de 17:30h a 19:30h en la entrada e intentos infructuosos de ponernos en contacto con el alojamiento no contesta ni el telefeno de contacto ni el chat, nos quedamos el la calle sin forma de hacer el check in.Ya en 22:10h recibo un correo electrónico donde solicitan mis datos personales para implementar un check in virtual y darme el código secreto de las llaves de la habitación.¿Por qué me piden mis datos personales tan tarde y no el día anterior al que hice y pagué la reserva?Actitud extremadamente frívola hacia los clientes, comunicación imposible, registro fallido, pérdida de dinero, tiempo y nervios.Me siento engañado. Nunca más reserve con Hoteles.com.
    De estas cajas deberíamos sacar la llave si fueran tan amables de respondernos.
