Nice staff. Good breakfast and lobby is clean and stylish. Front desk attendant was a gem. Was gaps in communication prior to arrival, and make sure you have a phone card for late check ins! You have to call a number when you arrive to get the code so you can get the key from the key box.

A good hotel

It was a pleasant trip. The hotel is in a convenient location to the town. The staffs were helpful and the our room was big. It is slightly old styled. But it matches the feel of the city.

Apart from the friendly front desk employee, there was nothing positive about this hotel. The room was filthy, dust in the wardrobe, Windows have not been cleaned in month, carpet you don't want to step on, a broken picture with glass sticking out, non functioning AC and Safe and Minibar Terrible

Staff were kind, and the location was very good for easy access to transportation. However, the facility was a bit outdated, especially the air-conditioning. It does have air conditioning, but it didn't quite work well enough. I had to keep the windows open with two extra fans even when 'airconditio' was at full blast. Avoid the facility during hot weather.

Really loved this hotel. Clean nice room with a fridge and big wardrobe and nice shower and toilet. Really nice decor as well. People were really nice at the front desk and there was free water and juice in the dining area. Close to the metro stop as well.

Worst experience of my trip. The room was old and dirty, the carpet had stains and dust. The toilet was disgusting. The worst part was the AC, which didn’t work, and it was 90F outside. We complained to the front desk and they told us the AC was old, and we could try other rooms. We checked 2, which were as hot as ours, so It didn’t make a difference. We saw similar complaints from last year, so I guess maintenance is not a priority to this hotel. There was a strong cigarette smell as well. I will not stay here again for sure.

I booked the hotel because it stated it has parking. When I got there the unfriendly desk man said I can't use their parking (no idea why) and that i need to park in the public garage at the station. He also didn't let me unload my bags, so I had to walk with my bags 10 back to the hotel. It states that the desk is open until 11pm and when I got back at 8:30 nobody was there, door was locked, and I had no code to get in and nobody answered the phone. I put the no disturb sign out because I didn't want service and when I returned from my day trip the cleaner was in there anyway and move my belongings around. The hotel smells a bit moldy and would need some updated. would not recommend this place since it doesn't reflect anything of this beautiful city.

Good little economical hotel

Cute art deco hotel. If you're looking for an affordable hotel I would recommend this one. PROS: near subway and grocery, clean, nice breakfast, quiet rooms- walls are not paper thin like a lot of European hotels, you can leave your bags at the front desk after checkout if you want to explore the rest of the day before your flight, staff was very nice. CONS- their idea of airport transfer is calling a taxi for you. It costs €55. They will not answer the phone if you try to call before your stay. You need a passcode to get in after hours but they don't tell you that when you check in. All the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, however, my room did not smell like smoke The mattress was pretty hard. I never like carpet in rooms because you never know how dirty it really is. I stayed at a time of year when I didn't need heating or air conditioning, so I really can't say anything about those either way.

Quiet and clean, courteous staff. Location is out of the centre but trams run so close to it and they are cheap. Supermarkets close too. It is what it is, doesn’t try to be the ritz so don’t expect that. Good place
