Gîte located near a working game farm. Situated in the farmyard, the gîte is part of the main house, with part of the courtyard shared with the second gîte (sleeps 7). The property has a private area. The property is enclosed and well-suited for large families. It is located near the Bois pond, the Orléans forest, and the Lorris canal and hiking trails. The house has a large, enclosed and heated veranda with a lounge area. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, large living room with sitting area, dining room, small separate lounge, shower room, and separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms: 2 with two single beds, 1 with a single bed (90x200), and 1 with a queen-size bed or two single beds (80x200), bathroom, and separate toilet. Central heating and electricity are included. Linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Wood-burning stove in the dining/living room.
