Ruhe und schöner Ausblick
Alles bestens. Nur wer abgeschieden seine Ruhe will, muss ein paar Kilometer zum Einkaufen, Essen etc. fahren.
Aber wir wussten das vorher und wollten das so.

Sehr schönes Objekt, netter Vermieter.
Wir waren mit 13 Männern dort. Waren wandern und haben uns selbst gekocht.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es genug Platz, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen.
Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal.

Absolute Ruhe! Jeder hat genug Rückzug in der eigenen FeWo in großer Gruppe gefunden. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben. Gemütliches Sitzen drinnen und draußen!

Tolles großes Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen. Top Ausstattung! Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster, genügend Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe in sämtlichen Größen.

Gute Lage, gutes Gruppenhaus
Die Unterkunft haben wir schon 2008 und 2011 besucht. Das Haus liegt in einer Top-Lage und man stört niemanden. Die Bäder wurden saniert und sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Leider lassen die Matratzen vom Komfort her zu Wünschen übrig. Den Brötchenservice bis an das Haus gibt es nicht mehr und man muss diese im 1 km entfernten NEunussberg auf einer Terrasse abholen. Der Vermieter ist nett, kommt aber sehr arrogant rüber und hat auch keine Quittungen dabei um die Zahlungen von Kaution, Brötchen, Bettwäsche, Nebenkosten usw. zu bescheinigen.

Ferienhaus in der Kreuzbuche
Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll dem genannten Angebot. Der Eigentümer führte die Übergabe und die spätere Rückgabe selbst durch und erläuterte die Besonderheiten des Hause detailliert. Die Anlage liegt wie beschrieben in ruhiger Lage und bietet sich für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt an. Allerdings sollte die Entfernung zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit berücksichtigt werden, da die Wege dorthin nicht gerade kurz sind. Das Haus kann man ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
