Basic 4 bedroom house with private swimming-pool located in a quiet area only 9km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and its beautiful beaches.This villa is a simple property sleeping 8 people with mountain views, with 800m2 of land arround the 85m2 house.It has a comfortable living room with tv and access to the terrace.Fully equipped and self-catering kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing-machine and diswasher.There are 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each (135x190m and 150x190m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.Shady outdoor eating area in built barbecue to enjoy nice meals next to the pool area.Parking space for 2/3 cars.You are a few km aways from Lloret de Mar beach, one of the hot spots of Costa Brava!Pets accepted only on prior request and with a supplement.Groups of young people accepted only on prior requestRules and special deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Bon rapport qualité/ prix

Dans l'ensemble, bel endroit au calme pour passer des vacances en septembre, malgré quelques problèmes de propreté ( carreaux sales, urinoir salle de bain rempli et bouché). Une suggestion pour la piscine: vu l'ensoleillement, l'installation de panneaux solaires pour réchauffer cette dernière nous parait être une bonne idée?

La location est super ,piscine ok ,par contre les ustensibles de cuisine sont manquant et le plus difficile c'est une location à fuir car les aboiements des chiens aux alentours et même à côté de la location sont infernaux, bonjoiur pour le repos pendant les vacances et surtout la nuit !!!!

Bien mais cher pour le peu de prestations

Un peu dérangeant d’apprendre quelques jours avant l’arrivée qu’il faut chercher les clefs à l’agence (et les ramener au retour), c’est de la route en plus quand le trajet est déjà long. Concernant la location, l’extérieur est très chouette : très belle piscine et extérieur pour manger agréable. L’intérieur en revanche n’a absolument rien d’extraordinaire et est assez petit! Il n’y a d’ailleurs qu’une petite table et 4 chaises dans le salon! Dommage quand on vient à plus ! On paie clairement la pisicine privée car zéro prestation à côté : ramenez vos draps, serviettes, condiments sel poivre huile, liquide vaisselle, pq… car il n’y a vraiment rien dans la villa. C’était tout de même un agréable séjour mais un peu cher je trouve pour ce qu c’est.
