Room smelled like fish and the chair in the room had a huge stain.

Excellent customer service from both front desk and custodial staff. I reserved thru third party online and requested non-smoking and somehow ended up with smoking, not fault of hotel nonetheless uncomfortable to sleep in a somewhat smelly room. Front desk and custodial staff made every effort to air out and make the room as comfortable as possible since they were all booked. Could use a bit more cleaning but all in all good.

We stayed there one night en route. The room was comfortable and spacious and quiet - 2 queen beds, a desk, sink and vanity outside bathroom. Near highway and restaurants.

Our only negative was coming back in the evening and finding almost all parking spaces filled up by pickup trucks. I assume they were construction crew members as they were all gone by 6am and left all together. Good thing for the hotel being full but could use more parking.

Parking was tight and the morning breakfast was takeout only. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. The staff was exceptionally helpful with local advise and directions (printed maps!). A problem (not unique to this motel) is the practice of demanding additional credit card deposit at check in. Some actually charge $100 to $200 and then credit the amount back to your account when you checkout (with no damage, of course). If you pay for the motel in advance and do not like this added bit, they offer your money back. Ho ho, you’re tired after a long day, it’s late and you want to rest, not go out looking for a motel. This practice requires extra time at check in to document the condition of the room and extra time at checkout time to verify no damage. Normal wear and tear should be included in the price of the motel. This seems to be a mechanism in the making to collect additional money from all travelers for wear and tear. It should be stated in the policy information before accepting your booking so you would have a chance to look for another motel that doesn’t pull this trick. I would like to see it made illegal to request additional money after paying in advance for a room. I would advise a friend to take this into account when selecting a motel.

Room was fine, clean & neat - a/c worked great. Location right next to I-15 not great but you couldn't really hear the traffic. Continental breakfast was very minimal. The front desk staff were great & helpful. 2 story but no elevator and I couldn't get a room on the 1st floor - had to lug my stuff up the stairs (I'm 69 yrs old) The front desk guy did offer to help me if needed. Ok for a one or two night stay.

it was a great place to stay no problems encountered

The rooms are being redone. It looked like new furniture, new carpet, and very clean. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast room. No place to sit down to eat, you have to take your food back to your room. Other than that the stay was nice, very close to our family.

The hotel was small, but clean. It needed to be a bit more modern.

This is the only place that I stay at when I am in the Victorville area. It isn't worth paying double to stay at the other places off of the freeway.

The only issue was that the shower water and the heater were difficult to adjust. And it was between 25 and 43 degrees the whole time I was there, so it was a little uncomfortable.

It was a better than average motel. Close to the freeway so you could hear some traffic, Great little breakfast with the option of a hot waffle. You had to take it back to your room but that was fine. Overall, pretty good.

The title of my review says it all. You can't get a better hotel in the area for the money. Will definitely stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable and I got a good night's sleep, which was what I needed. The staff was pleasant.

excellent choice for the price
