Beautiful water view and extra common spaces on the same floor. Situated right on the water at the inner harbour in the heart of Victoria's historic downtown core, walking distance to the vibrant public markets and Canada's oldest Chinatown. The best that Victoria offers for restaurants and entertainment are in this neighborhood. This micro studio is ingeniously designed to take full advantage of its 295 square ft (27 sq m) space. You will have access to a common areas including a gym, meeting room, hang out space and a rooftop deck with a barbecue area. Table is a pull down murphy bed. Please read picture descriptions. All areas that are not part of the suite are noted as 'common'.

Great Island Getaway

Perfect location to get everwhere on foot. We weren't in the condo much as Victoria has so many sights to see and things todo. Hosts were super responsive!

Not your deck

Knew the unit would be small but rented it because of all the photos of the deck. Well those photos are not the deck for the unit. The actual unit “deck” is a triangle measuring about 9 sq feet! The photos are of common area deck down a long hall and a staircase. Inconvenient to haul luggage in as No parking or drop off area. Have to carry at least 100 yards if you get street parking nearby. Unit is tiny but comfortable bed. No space at all when bed is open and your suitcases are open. Towels are microfibre and very thin. Elevator worked sporadically so got our exercise walking up 5 stories a few times. Building apparently has sustained big water damage from a leak which seems to be the reason for elevator issues. No water damage though in this unit.

Nice spot and convenient location. Hosts were supportive. The place was nice but oven/microwave not cleaned. Also, building was under renovation due to flood that was not communicated making getting up and down the elevator a hassle.

Misleading information - advertising shows up to 4 persons but in reality it is a 2 person only. Others are put up on an air mattress which takes the remaining space in a tiny studio. No room to squeeze past at any time and playing Tetris with the chairs and any luggage you may have whilst the beds are down. Other than that it was clean and can understand why others have liked it but just not for us and strongly advise anyone more than 2 look somewhere else. Good location for the harbour but a warning for those who walk down pandora to get shopping from save on foods - you will come across a camp - our son was a bit traumatized by what he saw there. Site next door is under construction so lots of dust and noise from that plus a crane swinging things overhead. No real view from this studio vs the other side.

Excellent venue to host a BBQ on the roof. What a stunning view or thw Harbour. Walkable and so many dining options. We hosted four of our kids with thier significant others easily on the provided bbq area.
