Welcome to Tu Casa! 2 bedroom 1 bath 1000 sq ft. self-contained walk-out garden suite in beautiful Cordova Bay. Close to the beach, Elk Lake, Cordova Bay Golf course, Lochside Trail, Matticks Farm, Commonwealth Pool, parks, pickleball & tennis courts, Mount Doug, & many hiking trails! Quick, easy assess to Hwy 17 to take you to Downtown Victoria, Airport & Ferries, Butchart Gardens, Butterfly Gardens, Sidney-by-the-Sea, UVIC, Camosun College, Hospitals & more. The suite has many large windows bringing in natural light & garden views. Enjoy sitting outside on the private covered patio. Main bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom a Queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, full size oven, microwave, 4 slice toaster & toaster oven. Plenty of closets for longer stays and an in-suite laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Internet/WIFI, & Apple TV. Driveway & street parking available. Owner lives upstairs. Not suitable for children under 13, no smoking or pets.

Wonderful!
This property was perfect for me, my husband and is 83-year old mom here for a UVic convocation for our daughter. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet suite with all the amenities we needed in a great neighbourhood. Easy highway access made it a breeze to get around. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was top notch. Spotlessly clean, quiet, modern and efficient. The host was great about staying in touch and helped us out with a few items we needed during our stay. We'd have no problem recommending this suite to anyone.

A Quiet Oasis in Beautiful Cordova Bay, Victoria
If you are looking for a quiet oasis in beautifully maintained surroundings and neighborhood, Tu Casa is the place for you! It is conveniently located and easy to find, close to Cordova Bay beach and to the main freeway that will take you to downtown Victoria and the inner harbor. The lovely 2 bedroom suite is well appointed, clean and comfortable and has everything you would need for an extended stay. The king-sized mattress and bedding in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped to make this your home away from home. Cheryl is a very attentive host and quickly responded to any inquiries, but was also very respectful of my privacy. She even provided a little snack basket which was much appreciated during my short stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay here again!
