Mount Joy by the Sea
The house has been newly renovated from top to bottom and is in pristine condition. Located on an idyllic street in South Oak Bay, it’s a large executive home that offers an office overlooking the garden, a formal living room and dining room, a beautiful open plan kitchen and family room and a large mudroom/laundry room on the main floor. There are four comfortable bedrooms and a large recreation room. The principal bedroom has a luxurious ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. The house boasts new appliances, paint and plumbing fixtures. There is a large manicured garden offering privacy from the street and neighbours.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
