We were let down by Expedia as they didn’t fulfill the service. This property doesn’t exist and does not match the description provided on the Expedia platform. Expedia has not done vetting properly and we are disappointed with this service. We are loyal customers of Expedia.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel appears under construction. The room we stayed in had no door to the bathroom, or shower curtain. The room also has these holes in the walls that made it possible for bugs and mosquitoes to enter the room. The whole hotel had rooms that were boarded up and appearing not done. The listing said free breakfast which we never got and were told they would charge us for breakfast. The listing also said that there was a restaurant but they did not want to make us food when we were there and told us to go to another hotel to eat. Finally, the WiFi did not work most of the time which just added to the frustration. Overall, this hotel was not there and the comforts we needed. I also felt scammed by being told they would give breakfast and then them trying to charge us more for it.

El personal muy amable en todos los aspectos, pero el cuarto aunque limpio, no está del todo funcional. AL baño le falta la puerta y la regadera no tiene cortina/cancel, por tanto se moja todo cuando se baña uno. El Hotel no está terminado. No tiene servicio de restaurante. La ubicación es mala. Hay que usar auto o taxi para todo
