Good place for a group on a budget.

The hotel was fine, centrally located, and good value for the money. We are 3 friends travelling together in a budget. The room was big, with 3 beds and 2 bunk beds, so plenty of space.

Nice location, reasonably priced Hotel

It is a nice area surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is set at a competitive price, the WiFi was improved during my stay, so it went from no internet to good internet, dependent on the number of users at peak times. The staff were generally courteous, although they need to cut down on the use of sprays to hide odour and go onto more natural potpourri methods. The beds and bedding also had an odour which I can only put down to the treatment of them. I was bitten several times during my stay whist in the room and it wasn't mosquitoes, so I assume it was bedbugs. These can also be transferred by guests to their own homes and are difficult to eradicate. They need to have a strategy in place to prevent and control their spread and recurrence, not just sprays. The room had a TV, good shower and natural ventilation, although in warm conditions air-conditioning would be required. The lift is very small and can hold a maximum of 3 people, so people tend to use the stairs which are quite noisy for guests sleeping. The light switches are in strange places, so it's difficult finding them and you stumble in the dark, automatic lights need to be installed at the entrance to hallways.

Service et accueil scandaleux

Séjour dans un hôtel très banal mais surtout avec deux gérants très désagréable en particulier un gardien qui ne se fait pas comprendre donc communication difficile et qui ose importuné les clients. Ce gardien m’a reproché de sortir de l’hôtel à 2h du matin pour aller fumer sans raison équivoque. De plus il était affiché que la chambre était disponible 2h supplémentaires le lendemain matin pour une somme de 10€ affiché et confirmer oralement la veille. Cette somme a été modifié uniquement oralement le lendemain matin car toujours écrit à 10€ et le gardien m’a demandé 20 euros pour le même service en insinuant que la chambre serait hyper sale ce qui pour moi est scandaleux. Après discussion pour essayer de comprendre le gardien s’est énervé à l’accueil dans sa langue à coup de wala etc J’ai trouvé ça scandaleux même dans un hôtel de ce type

Séjour professionnel d une nuit

L hôtel rapport qualité prix est top , rien à redire hormis l isolation à revoir entre les chambres J ai entendu la conversation de la chambre d à côté toute la soirée qui malheureusement a perduré jusqu à 1 h du matin Le p’tit dej est très bien , du pain des viennoiseries du jus de fruit du café enfin l essentiel y est.

Hôtel bien situé mais améliorations à effectuer

Séjour agréable, l'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Vichy. Accueil moyen, il a fallu questionner Personnel peu souriant. Literie tout à fait correct. Chambre propre et très spacieuse. Climatisation qui souffle sur les lits (mal positionnée) et fait des bruits de clac clac par moment. Salle de bain et WC très vétustes. Robinetterie toute usée, tâches dans la baignoire, chauffage HS et sale, rideau de douche avec des traces de moisissures. Petit déjeuner très minimaliste dans les viennoiseries, et choix des pains. A notre arrivée il ne restait pas grand chose, il n'y a personne qui surveille la salle et il n'y a pas eu de réassort, nous nous sommes limités à ce qu'il restait. Axes d'améliorations : - accueil clientèle à améliorer - petit déjeuner à diversifier avec des produits plus qualitatif - salle de bain et WC à rénover - position climatisation à revoir ou pouvoir diriger le souffle vers le plafond Rapport qualité prix on ne s'y retrouve hélas pas.
