Thoroughly recommend

A lovely little hotel close to the centre of town. Room was not big but it’s layout was obviously well thought out with plenty of places to put things away and a good desk. Unlike most hotels here they did have a couple of British entertainment channels on tv. Breakfasts were normal continental but well laid out and in a bright airy room.

Well worth a visit

This is a very nice hotel and well located in the city. My room was not big but efficient. Good bed and very nice walk in shower. Everything clean and recently renovated.

An excellent city centre hotel

A beautifully maintained small hotel, very central for visiting Vichy. Our room (comfort plus double) was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The owners are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was copious and well presented too. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for a night

We just stopped in for a night on our way to Pamplona. It was a nice relaxing evening, walked to/thru the park and had a nice dinner. I will say there did not seem to be a lot to do in the area, but the hotel was nice and the people and service were friendly.

Brilliant central, clean choice for a short stay

Not so appealing from the outside but spotlessly clean and comfortable inside. We were offered a garage space for no extra charge, 100m away. The room, on the top 3rd floor was large and very quiet so we slept very well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a good size with a large shower. Restaurant suggestions were gratefully accepted and just what we wanted, ie. steak and chips. Breakfast was good. Boiled eggs the only hot offering. Gluten free basket given to my husband who is coeliac, but it contained rice cakes, cardboard crackers and some muesli. Some gf bread would've been nice. We had a walk around the lovely town after breakfast and checked out at 11.30am.

Small family hotel in central Vichy

Stayed one night. Can confirm previous reviews that the owners were very friendly and helpful. Pointed us to the Sunday market which was within easy walking distance and far more interesting than a suprmarket

Nice hotel in close to railway station

A very pleasant hotel run by a very hardworking couple. Close to tourist attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Room on the small side. Excellent bathroom. Excellent breakfast - best croissants I have ever had.

Very friendly hotel, good atmosphere, recommended.

Stayed a couple of nights when we went to a wedding nearby. The owners were really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and secure nearby parking useful as side streets were busy. It would have been good to have water or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Otherwise very good and I would recommend.

Basic hotel in town centre.

This was an overnight stop on oiur way south. The owners were so nice I feel bad giving a poor review. I have to say though that I would not stay here again. I hope to never visit Vichy again.

Cute family hotel

The hotel was managed by a very nice couple, they were very nice and helpful. Everything needed was in a 5 minutes walk distance and the hotel itself slightly away from the main street. The hotel room was very small, basically only the bed and small passages to get around. The bathroom was the biggest area in the room. Besides the small room definitely would go back. The owners friendlies and personal approach is worth the money.
