Apartment in Country Villa and SPA

The 130m² apartment is located on the first floor of a nineteenth century villa, completely restored. It has an independent entrance and is composed of: large frescoed hall with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi; a large kitchen / living room with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups and cutlery. It has three large and comfortable bedrooms: the yellow room with two windows overlooking the woods, extra-large double bed and extra bed and / or cradle, with adjacent bathroom complete with sink, bidet, shower and hair dryer; the blue room with double bed and an adjacent small bedroom / study , private bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and hair dryer and the pink room with double bed and private bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and hair dryer. All rooms are equipped with blades ceiling fan and decorated with original furniture completely restored. Total number of guests: 2 to 9.

From the apartment, you can reach the garden through a wide frescoed staircase. The garden is at guests’ full disposal and is shared with the owners who live, on summer, on the ground floor in a totally independent apartment but will be happy to meet the needs of the guests.

The garden surrounds the house with a beautiful flower meadow. Going down to the lowest level guests have at their disposal a large park with old trees where they can spend time relaxing in the green and silence.

In the garden, guests can take advantage of the following services:

Warm, friendly hosts with incredible accommodations. Ilaria and Nicola went out of their way to ensure our stay was very memorable. Extremely clean with large spacious rooms. Every convenience available. Antique furniture added charm and elegance. Views of the rolling Tuscan hillside were fabulous. Train station not far for an easy commute into Florence. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful property. We would love to return in the future!

This house/Mansion , slept the 5 guys after our Mugello track experience and the owner was incredible and was driven to make sure that we had everything we needed !!! We had a wonderful time in this charming and most comfortable house. Immaculate place, very well restored and maintained by the sweetest hosts, Ilaria and Nicola who were always attentive to our needs and quickly responsive. They even provided a swimming pool for our kids ! We enjoyed the spacious rooms and garden, the fans to cool down the heat, the comfort of the beds, the light and even the subtle fragrances in the house. Simply lovely.

Beautifull villa for great Tuscan experience

Hola somos una familia de Barcelona , hemos pasado unos días en esta fabulosa casa, con unos dueños super atentos , es una estancia que recomendaria cien por cien y más si vas con niños ya que tiene unos espacios muy grandes para jugar y divertirse. Si llevais mascotas tambien se lo pasaran muy bien ya que tienen mucho espacio para correr. las instalaciones son lo que ponen y más. Angenehmer Aufenthalt zur Entschleunigung

Wir hatten - mit unserem Hund - schöne Tage in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Ausstattung genügt auch bei einem mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt vollauf. Ein Glas Wein am Abend im Garten und ein gutes Buch in Liegestuhl oder Hängematte lassen den Alltagsstress schnell vergessen. Für uns als langjährige Toskana-Liebhaber definitiv ein angenehmes Domizil, in dem man sich auch dank der herzlichen und hilfsbereiten, gleichwohl unaufdringlichen Vermieter wohl fühlt.

Magnificent! Sublime! The Perfect Tuscan Retreat!

Wow, wow, wow! This really was amazing: words can not fully describe this beautiful Tuscan, mountain-side villa with stunning views of the Mugello Valley. Where do we begin to even try to do it Justice? We were blown away by the hospitality, kindness and generosity of the delightful Italian owners. As very experienced travellers, we can safely say, they are the most accomodating hosts we have ever stayed with. The description and the photographs, although impressive, do not do this property justice: rarely will you get a chance to stay in a rental property of this quality. Not only is it beautiful but it has every modern convenience such as: wi-fi, washing-machine and hair-dryers in every ensuite bedroom. The property was immaculate as were the gardens: including the private garden which goes with the apartment. Even the bed-linen was beautiful: nothing had been over-looked. We unreservedly recommend this property: it is a rare find in an incredible location, convenient to local amenities and within an hour's drive/ 50 minutes via the train (5 euros) to Florence. While here, we visited: Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano; we stayed in Venice for the night (3 1/2 hours drive); we visited quaint, friendly Tuscan villages within a short drive away; there is an outdoor swimming-pool in the town (5 minutes' drive); massage at Villa Campesteri (5 minutes' drive); we visited the Designer clothes outlet at Barberino; we went to a fantastic little lake-side beach at Lake Bilancino (stop at the beach sign for 'Bahia' (there's pedalo rides, a cafe-bar and facilities for changing and for children)); we lazed around the beautiful garden and had barbecues and Prosecco and great food: we had an incredible time! Thank you so much to this wonderful family for making this a true Tuscan summer.

We had a great time staying two weeks at this country villa located in a small Tuscan village called Cistio near Florence. The villa is well equipped and the hosts, Nicola and Ilaria are always available to answer our questions and to planned our trips. Couldn't ask for more. Fantastic value for money

If you need to stay in this area then this is perfect accommodation to rent. The owners are welcoming nothing is too much trouble and they are on hand to provide anything you need. The rooms are spotlessly clean and will definitely sleep at least 9 individuals. Views from the house and gardens are definitely worth seeing. We only spend a couple of nights here but wished it was closer to our next destination. Thank you for a wonderful stay Michelle and Ilara
