Seaside villa sleeping up to 8 people with private garden and 2 parking spaces. Corner villa with garden on two sides with 2 parking spaces and automatic gate, has on the ground floor a large living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine, on the first floor there is another bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed air conditioning on the first floor, a single bedroom without air conditioning. In the attic there are 3 single beds and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. Total of 8 beds suitable for children.
In the sleeping area, three of the 4 bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioners, only the bedroom with a single bed does not have one, each room is equipped with an electric fan.
The house is fully furnished and has all the necessary accessories for your stay, including towels (sets for each guest), sheets, pillowcases, pillows, blankets.
Quiet residential area with the possibility of parking on the street outside the property.
The house is not suitable for groups of children under the age of 30, parties and events are not allowed.

Eccellente!!!!

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura con la mia famiglia durante le nostre vacanze. È già qualche anno che scegliamo di trascorrere le ferie al mare in Toscana e che optiamo per una sistemazione in casa/villa preferendola di gran lunga all'albergo. Renzo e Anna, gli host, sono stati gentilissimi e super ospitali. Hanno pensato proprio a tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio sin da subito, incluso un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, che non ci aspettavamo e che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La villetta si trova in prossimità della ferrovia ma il transito dei treni non ci ha per nulla disturbati. È stata di recente ristrutturata, è arredata con gusto e tutti gli spazi sono stati sapientemente sfruttati. Un nota particolare sulla pulizia: impeccabile. Siamo stati davvero bene!!!

Super sejour!

La maison est vraiment belle(conforme aux photos) et bien située pour visiter cette partie de la Toscane (Pise, Lucca, Florence; la Spezia et les cinque terre ne sont pas loin) . Les propriétaires sont adorables (et nous ont donne quelques bonnes adresses). Nous sommes ravis de ce retour en Italie (post covid)!

Excellent option for big families

The house is an excellent choice for big families, it has 4 bedrooms (with A.C) and a big living room and all amenities were in perfect shape. We had a great time on the terrace playing with the kids and we fully enjoyed the house. Our host took care of all the details and requests in a fashionable time making us feel welcome. The only downside is the location, as it is not within walking distance to the beach clubs, stores, or supermarkets. Therefore a car is needed at all times.
